you can get them in the lab or in the tall grass. at least that's how I did it if you don't have a milcery to breed with.

The same way you breed other Pokemon:

Put 2 Pokemon of the same species in the Daycare. Both Pokemon have to be of different genders, and they need to have different OT's (original trainer). Then deposit money in the Daycare, and the pokemon should breed after a bit. If they do not, check underneath 'Your Pokemon', and if it does not say 'The two seem to match perfectly.', then they are not a working breeding pair.

*since milcery is all-female, use a male from same egg grp (eg grimmsnarl or whatever) or ditto
