Secrets of Tolyn

This city is large and has the place for every lifestyle. But when a few of its most beloved citizens make a terrible mistake, it’ll take secrets hidden and secrets revealed to bring back what everyone’s lives once were.

Welcome to Secrets of Tolyn! Tolyn is a massive city with all kinds of environments, so you can find just the right one for your character. I’ll write the events of the roleplay as lore.
Additionally, some characters will have a certain role. When you sign up, if I think your character suits one of the roles I have in mind, I’ll PM you and let you know about that. If you want your character to have the role I offer, let me know so I can give you the event your character gets to create. These events will usually be the climax prompt for each chapter.


Lore will be added here as the roleplay progresses. After all the chapters have been completed, we can vote on whether to add more chapters or to keep the roleplay to normal life as it had started.

Districts
Recreational District – This District is all shopping and activities. Schools and malls are open here and your character may open up a shop of their own. No one lives here, but it is the center of life in Tolyn. It takes up half of Tolyn.
Wild District – This is the district of those who wish to live life the way nature intended. This place is a lush forest with scattered straw huts, teepees, and caves. The Wild District is divided into tribes and their are some who just live on their own. Those who live here wear self-made clothes and hunt for food. While they live in the wild, they are not barbaric and their children are required to attend elementary school. However, they are not required to have any further education.
Gesdt District – This is where the members of the lower class usually live. Those who live in this district tend to be welcoming, but there are still gangs and fights. The Gesdt District is located directly next to the base of the hill the Tadseg District is located on. Homes here tend to be worn and falling apart.
Tadseg District – This is where the upper class and it is located on a lush, cool, quiet hill. They watch the Gesdt District from their hill like what’s going on beneath them is some kind of movie. Some take pity on the Gesdt District and take orphans into their own homes. They also rebuild every Gesdt home every 10 years as a tradition called Segges.
Desti District – This is where the members of the middle class live. They are friendly, but slightly isolated. The Wild District separates this district from the rest of the city.

Custom Role is a role of your choice and it is optional. You still have the same chance at being offered a key role if you fill out this field.
