Bio/Backstory/Other: Related to Moonwatcher, slightly chaotic. She blends in to alot of things, and sends messages (a whisper like sound that can travel for years until it reaches its target) through rain to warn Dragons of their fates.

Bio/Backstory/Other:Supposedly very distantly related to Darkstalker. Silent, nobody has ever heard her voice, stays hidden, afraid of powers. Suposedly visited pantala once. Dark, ~watching when you've thought you're alone~
