Bio/Backstory/Other: Related to Moonwatcher, slightly chaotic. She blends in to alot of things, and sends messages (a whisper like sound that can travel for years until it reaches its target) through rain to warn Dragons of their fates.

Appearance: A frosty white, the underside of his wings a bright blue. The spikes along his spine are a shade of dark blue.

Bio/Backstory/Other: She doesn’t know who her parents are - she hatched alone. Kind and gentle, but you won’t want to tick her off.
