DD glanced at Jackie, slightly confused and alarmed by her question. She decided to be truthful. "Yes I do. Why do you ask?" She asked, one hand immediately shifting to her pocket. What had brought on that question???

Tensing, DD put down her book. Carefully she pulled out her knife and handed it over to Jackie. Her other hand was in her pocket again, clutching some chess pieces. Fukuro was watching from her perch, talons flexing, wings tensing for whatever was about to happen...

Using the knife, Jackie cut the tip of her finger. As blood was on her finger, she made an oval shape on the wall, making a portal. Through the portal, a big black and grey palace surrounded by fire was there. Jackie smiled.

DD's jaw dropped, but she closed it quickly. How was that possible?!? It had to be Jackie's home, in the Underworld. At least she now knew why Jackie had needed the knife. Fukuro relaxed a little and so did DD. She didn't release her chess pieces yet though. Why had Jackie felt the need to do this?

Jackie spoke. "I will be back in until 6 in the morning. If the principal or teacher asks why I'm gone, just say I am in the bathroom for tomorrow.. Thank you." Jackie said, as she walked into the portal and it closed behind her.

DD blinked a couple of times, digesting what had just happened. Glancing at her clock, she decided it was too late to worry about it for long. She changed into a nightgown and went to bed, Fukuro shutting off for the night as well.

Timeskip: 5 in the morning. An hour before Queens wake up, eat breakfast, get dress and ready for the day. Jackie came back from the portal, all covered in blood with a large black scythe in her hand, and a random person's head in the other, as blood dripped on the floor. Jackie threw the head in the portal along with the scythe, as the portal then closed. Jackie sat on her bed, still bloody. She stared at the floor, like she was in shock.

DD had woken up naturally at 4:45 AM due to differences in timezones, which messed up when she got up. She had been reading a textbook when Jackie had returned. Any other person would have screamed at the sight of Jackie drenched in blood, but not DD. Part of her felt a sadistic pleasure at the sight of the blood and the random head, but another was strangely... concerned?...yes, concerned about Jackie. Had she been torturing someone? Had she been in a battle? What had happened?!?! Jackie?" she called out to the shocked girl.

Jackie didn't say anything, but look at the ground, still in shock. Blood dripped off her face. Drip, drip, drip. Jackie watched as the blood fell on the ground, and she counted them. "One. Two. Three. Four.." she mumbled.

DD frowned. She summoned a maid and commanded, "Get some fresh towels and some water." The maid curtsied and did as ordered. Once obtained, DD and the maid began to gently clean the blood off of Jackie, DD having experienced the unpleasantries of having dried blood on skin. As the two cleaned the in-shock girl, DD attempted to talk to Jackie.

DD frowned. What had happened to cause Jackie to act this way?? The maid and her finished cleaning the exposed skin of blood, causing the maid to take away the soiled water and towels to clean them up before anyone saw. With her gone, DD sat in front of Jackie, trying to get her to look in her eyes.

DD was surprised at the suddenness of Jackie's actions. Sighing, she set up an alarm clock for Jackie so she didn't miss breakfast before moving back to her side of the room to quietly prepare for the day.

Veronica was getting her stuff ready as she sighed. She wanted to forget what just happened in the forest, and start a new day for once in her life. "I think that's everything..." She mumbled to herself and zipped up her backpack. Veronica skipped breakfast for the day, and waited for the other Queens to show up.. Soon, the alarm rang for Jackie, and she got up, got dressed, and ran to the cafeteria for breakfast.

With her stuff ready, DD headed to the cafeteria. She kept an eye on Jackie, but chose to sit alone for the time being. She wanted to digest some information and now was an opportune time to do so. She mulled over recent events as she ate breakfast.
