DD smiled, then noticed the halo. "Interesting." She winced a little at the same response from her, but shook it off. She gave a short whistle, causing Fukuro to leap back onto her shoulder. The mechanical owl hooted at her, scratching her own head with her talon. DD giggled, talking to the metal bird. "Don't worry, I won't put you back in the bag. Just behave and you are free to do as you please." She looked at Jackie again. "Now, can you tell me about your abilities? From the announcement, it seems your powers are... well, pretty powerful."

DD sighed, stroking Fukuro gently to calm herself. "Some people think they know best when they really don't. Unlike me." she said with a wink, making a joke about the fact that she was of high intelligence. "So what is this 'other form' you speak of? And what are your other abilities?"

DD nodded. "That makes sense. A fight or flight instinct connected with an emotion linked to a power is understandable." She paused. "That sentence made sense right?" she asked, glancing at Fukuro and Jackie.

DD fought off the blush that threatened to spread across her face. She shook it off. "What about other powers? Do you have any abilities in this form?" she asked, turning the attention off of herself.

DD nodded, mentally analyzing and recording the information in her mind. "Hmm, Angel: divine beings or attendants of God, virtuous,. Demon: servants of Satan, evil spirits, cruel. Corruption: decay, errors in code, changed from original use, dishonest conduct. Fascinating." She grimaced at her interest in Jackie's powers. Fukuro hooted gently, knowing what ailed her mistress. DD stroked the metal bird, letting her know she was alright. "Anything apart from that?"

DD was amazed, but felt her grow angry. Some people had ALL the luck it seemed. Maybe it came as good karma for those who have dealt with terrible trauma? Whatever. She forced herself to smile. "Queen of the Underworld, gothic attire fits well." she said.

Dd was confused. Why did the principal need to see her? Was she in trouble for something? She had done nothing yet, and neither had she. Maybe this was a good visit. She kept calm and followed the principal.

After the two left Jackie's dorm, Principal Claire sighed. "Miss Darling Desire, please be careful around Jackie. She has some...well... anger issues. She can throw tantrums left and right without even knowing, and that fight with Miss Veronica, well, let's just say she got on Jackie's bad side. I just don't want new students getting hurt or beaten up. We've had too many fights and injuries because of Jackie, well, mostly her. Please, be nice to her and she will do nothing but be nice to you. Have a wonderful day." Principal Claire said, as she walked away.

Dd blinked in surprise. She never would have thought Jackie could have such issues. Then again, trauma did strange things to peoples' psyche. She understood, though. Anger could cause people to do things that they later regretted...
