Have you checked the recovery tool, just to make sure you haven't accidentally released it?

So I bid on a Shiny Regidrago and a shiny snom a while before the server down time, but the bids were successful X
Then after the server down time was over I came back to see that I've won both of those auctions X

But they're no where to be found in my party or boxes or even the recovery tool X

And I don't even have the PD refunded back.
