i guess it's because relevancy is a large part in it, people only pay attention to something that is relevant. it also might be because once a meme dies, at that point people have seen so much of it that it's just not as funny, even if it is quite hilarious

and yeah deltarune and undertale influenced my taste in video games so much, and it played a huge part in my life lmao
just finished chapter 2 yesterday, it was unbelievably amazing. it's one of the only games/series i turn up the volume to hear the music and i really don't regret it, the soundtrack was heavenly. the gameplay was also wonderful to play through, it was hilarious

I was a user back when it existed and I remember never seeing anyone on it or talk about it, actually. Pretty interesting. Naturally I never used it because every time I checked I was the only user on it, so sadly I don't have any fond memories of it despite the fact that my account is 7 years old, lol

Edit: In case anyone here thinks they might have known me, for most of my account's existence I was ShinoTheShadowShinx (as such most of my closest friends on here still call me Shino)

Haha, I basically grew up with herochat-- I know the site probably doesn't need it anymore, but if it ever comes back (if even in a new form/ herochat 2.0), people might just use it for the nostalgia and new appreciation for it alone.

True. And who knows, maybe that'll give me the chance to actually talk with other users on it. That would be a positive change from the past for me!

I'm actually not super active on the forums, my PP and PMs are almost always silent, and the most conversing I get to do with others is through my own feeds on the off-chance that someone else responds to them. My biggest group I talk to (although not a bunch because I always say depressing things) is my fellow Ravine Rulers and that's actually mainly on Discord so I don't think I can even consider that for this, lol

I'm not much of a talker usually, but after creating a discord I feel like that's changed quite a bit. I'm not the best at it, and I know I'm kind of bland a lot of the time, but it's been interesting going from who I was/where I was before to this strange little place I'm in now.

I can't say I like all of the changes, it's sort of like losing another important part of my identity, haha

I totally feel you there. The first place I joined as an actual internet community was Ovipets and when I left there it kinda felt like I was isolated. Then I started doing Discord with users on here and boom. Suddenly it feels like I'm talking about anything and everything even things that I probably shouldn't to all of my new friends from PH.

Haha! I'm similar in that I either say too little or too much, but finding a balance between being too honest and too secretive about who I am has been a struggle now that I'm communicating with people on a regular basis.

I definitely don't feel that many people have a good idea of who I really am (not that I really know myself), it's like there's too many aspects of me out there for the people who have been significant in my life to agree on what I'm like or how I come across if they were to ever meet each other XD It's like I'm multiple different people :p
