Late last night when Mewtwo and Mew were both available, I exchanged DP for the Mewtwo then another Mew so I would have my 10 to receive the shiny Mew egg.

However, I now have a negative DP amount as seen below:

Can I please get confirmation I will still receive the shiny Mew from this event or how I can rectify the issue to get it?

Whether you receive the shiny Mew today (or rather: the odds of receiving shiny Mew) depends on the amount of (shiny) Mew plushies you bought during the last plushie distribution. :) This visual bug does not have any impact on it.
