Fog saw the Knight approach him and heaved a great sigh. He followed the Knight back to the campsite and went straight to his tent and rested for a while, occasionally flicking ice around. Fog was tired and angry, he missed his home planet and his one true form. The fire crackled and the wind swept past the camp, leaving everyone chilly.

DD watched Fog as she returned her knight to her pocket, feeling calmer now that she knew he wasn't in any danger. She couldn't help but feel like Fog was hiding something, given the way he had vanished and what Lady Morain had said. Did he secretly know something? Did he have some 'big bad' secret he was hiding? She forced her curiosity down as she returned to where Lady Morain was, still sitting by the fire. She couldn't help but wonder how it was that Lady Morain had somehow found Fog's secret, but didn't know of her own?

Fog yawned and went outside his tent. Sitting down by the fire, he rummaged in his backpack and pulled out a bottle of water. He poured the water in his hand and turned it into ice. With a few flicks of his hand the ice was shaped into someone who looked vaguely like him. He created another figure with resembled DD. Like how a child would play with their dolls, Fog made his move magical, dancing above the fire. He then created Morain and the figures sat together. He smiled sadly and crushed the figures in his hand, leaving only the ice DD intact. Fog stared at the creation for a moment, then turned it back into ice. A thought popped into his head and his smile suddenly turned to a frown. Great, He thought, another secret.

Morain shook her head.
“Forgive me, I spaced out for a moment there.” When She realized what DD had asked, Morain looked cooly at her, but her reply was laced with ice.

"My past is none of your concern, nor is my future. I will tell you of my world only, but do not ask again for I will not tell twice."

Morain got a faraway look in her eyes, and she began to tell of the wonderful world of Robert Jordan. She told of the wonderful towns, huge cities, and incredible keeps. Of the great White Tower, where girls came to be initiates and Novices, the way they are raised to Accepted, and finally to Aes Sadi. When she spoke of the one power, however, she held back, only saying that it was this power that turned the Wheel of Time.

“The Wheel of Time is what makes our universe. Each thread it weaves into its pattern is a thread of life, and all ages will come again. I will tell no more, I have said too much already.”
Then she looked at Fog.

“I said what I said. . . Boy. . . If that is what you can be called. I think I shall not say more in front of this woman,” She indicated DD “Because you might not like your secret to be shared I think.”

DD listened intently, amazed by Lady Morain's world. It sounded so amazing! Oh, how she wished she had a notepad to write down what she was told, so once they got out of this situation, she could fondly fantasize about it more in private. She frowned slightly at Lady Morain's comment at Fog, but dismissed it, feeling it was rather private information. If Fog didn't want to share something, that was his right to keep from speaking it. Though she did notice the doll-like figures he had made out of ice that he had created from the water he had poured into his hand. "Seems he is connected to ice somehow. Perhaps his homeworld is an ice planet?" DD thought to herself. She contained her wince as he crushed two of the dolls and noticed that he hesitated before returning the last figure, the one that looked like HERSELF!, to ice. She wondered why that was...and why it made her heart flutter for just a moment...

The ice melted in Fog's palm and he made the liquid remaining vanish. He looked at the droplets splashing on the floor. The two females were talking and he listened quietly. The talk about Moraine planet was fascinating, but....he had the feeling Morain didn't like him that much. Not that it mattered of course but it was still a bit strange. He glanced at DD for a moment and two pink patches appeared on his pale cheeks and he looked away quickly. Fog continued to sit down until one of the two would talk to him.

Fog sat closer to the women. "Hey, DD, I've got to tell you something," he whispered. His face suddenly felt hot and he felt slightly embarrassed. Why am I feeling embarrassed? There's nothing to be ashamed of! he told himself. Fog drank some water and brushed snow off his gills. He created a little snow with his fingers and laughed slightly. Fog waited for DD to respond , his heart beating loudly in his chest.

DD turned to Fog, noticing his nervous he looked. Turning her full attention to him, she asked, "Yes Fog? What is it?" in a gentle voice, trying to help him calm down a bit.

Morain cut off abruptly, glancing at Fog.

“I will leave you now, do not approach me again until morning.” She said curtly to DD. Morain rose from the log, using invisible flows of air to brush off the wood chips. Using more flows of air, she floated over her concealed pack. She untied the knotted flows of water, spirit, and air, making it look as if her pack had materialized out of thin air. Within minutes, her large tent was set up, away from the others. She wove wards around her encampment area, alarms that would wake her if something or someone approached within five feet of her tent from any direction. She let the two lovebirds be, and a knowing smile spread over her lips as she took off her bluestone. She held it up in front of her, and let go. IT floated in air and began to glow as Morian listend to the two's conversation.

BOOM! The ground shook and Fog rushed out of his tent. Rock's skittered and tumbled everywhere. A voice spoke, I see no plans have been made to try and escape yet. So, I'll make things worse. If you haven't tried to escape in the next few days, I'll send some nasties coming your way, good luck! the voice cackled and all went quiet.

DD felt her heart break a little when Fog rushed back to his tent. Wait, why do I care about someone so much?! I'm Darling Desire for goodness sakes! The queen doesn't fall for skinny, frightful... cute boys..." Who was she kidding? She had a crush.

Hearing the voice taunt them caused DD's blood to boil. How dare their tormentor taunt them?! They would show whoever had done this!! Fists curling, she clenched her jaw to prevent herself from saying some...very unladylike things.

Morain sighed, and the bluestone dropped into her outstretched palm. She tied it back around her head, so the stone rested on her brow, and ducked out of her tent.

BOOM!

IT was a mini earthquake, and Morain sprinted towards DD and Fog’s tent. Her clothes changed into clothes suitable for combat, and she immediately wove protective bubbles of air around DD and Fog’s tent. Morain was suddenly a massive cat, with bloodred fur and nine tails, all of which ended in spikes. Her growl shook the camp more than the earthquake, and when the voice spoke it grew more intense. But the threat soon receded, and Morain was herself again if a bit more tired-looking. She untied the bubbles of air and ran to Fog’s tent. She ushered him inside and sat him down with flows of air, and stared him in the eye.
“I’m going to Delve you now, to check for injuries.”

Morain placed her palms on his forehead, ignoring his protests, and delved him. It felt like a warm sensation flowed over his body, and Morain gasped.

“You poor child, what has happened to you?!? You need to transform, now. I wove a ward around the tent, nobody can hear or enter the tent. I SAID NOW.”

The last was louder, and for once, Morain seemed a bit panicked.

“I said now, boy! Do you have a death wish?”

Fog closed his eyes angrily, Great, now we have a time limit to escape, just as I thought things couldn't get any worse... Fog slumped down, two pink patches still on his cheeks, he felt suddenly exhausted. He didn't know what to do anymore. He poured some water on his hands again and created the two ice figures again, one of him and one of DD. He looked at his ice figure DD and felt himself blush. He crushed the figure of himself and continued to watch the ice DD dance in the air as he worked his magic. His ice queen dancing in the fresh snow.

Fog looked panick-stricken at Morain. He quickly melted the ice DD and took a deep breath. His ice crystal shone brightly and ice started to swirl around him. He transformed, his tail lengthening, his feet growing larger until he was complete, a giant and beautiful, smowy-white albino axolotl. He looked down at Morain. Why did I need to transform? he asked. His tail flicked left and right. Fog's blue tongue stick out of his mouth slightly as he thought of how DD would react if she saw him like this...like a monster.

DD turned towards the sound, seeing the back of Lady Morain enter Fog's tent. Oh no! Did something happen to Fog?! She rushed over to the tent, desperate to know if her friend...love...was alright.

Morain's head whipped around.

I can't let her see him this way!

She Turned quickly to Fog and grasped his large head. She wove all five powers and healed him quickly. It felt like the coldest ice was being dumped on you, and Fog gasped, flailing and shrinking. Snow whirled, and when it was thin enough to see through, Fog lay panting on a pile of snow. Somebody else was on the snow, too. Morain was passed out, her face pale from too much use of Saidar.

Fog looked around wildly, panting from the sudden de-transformation. He saw Morain passed out on the snow and sighed sadly. He summoned some green-tinged ice and placed it on her hands and forehead. There we go, that'll make her wake up soon, he thought to himself. A sudden thought rushed into his mind and he ran to camp. DD? DD are you OK? he called out, hoping that she was OK.

When Fog ran out of the tent, DD breathed a sigh of relief. "It's alright, he's ok." she thought, before answering him, "Fog! Yes I'm ok! But what about you? And Lady Morain? I saw her go into your tent. What has happened?" She was worried that something had happened to one of them during the earthquake...

Fog saw DD and blushed slightly. "No, n-none of us are hurt. Morain has passed out though, she used too much of her magic so she's there on the snow." He pointed towards her. "So....um....how do you think w-we'd get out of here?" He looked around. "It seems like a big cave so it will take a long time. But, what do you think will happen if we escape...will we get to go back home?" Fog remembered his homeland and smiled.
But, they come from different planets so they'll have to part ways if they escape. Fog's heart broke slightly and he frowned. Unbeknownst to them, the voice had a little surprise in store for them. Slowly, the temperature began to increase, bit by bit until it was somewhat like a sauna. The water turned tepid, the snow melted and Fog had barely enough energy to summon a snowflake.

DD bit her thumb. "It's possible that succeeding in this...game...will mean going home." Part of her didn't want to go home, because it meant she'd never see Fog, the one boy who caught her attention, again.

DD fanned herself with her hand, the temperature in the cave had risen to sauna levels. Normally she'd be alright with such a luxury feature, but in the current situation, this was not ideal. She couldn't help but feel concerned with how this was affecting Fog, since he had a connection with snow.
