1)There's this thing where if you don't do the ascension quest you don't increase your AR rank. But you can continue to accumulate the AR exp.
This way when you do the quest you consume all your exp that you accumulated and boom you jump a few levels.
I did that accidentally on AR 25 and damn the 5 level jump felt good. I was planning on doing it again at 40. But people said the rewards increase nicely so you shouldn't. Which was true. So I wanted to check if that was indeed true for higher levels too.
Or if I can do that again here.
(Simple pleasures lol)
2) If beating a boss at let's say level 70 gives the same reward as bearing it at 80. Why make it more difficult lol.
I'm gonna have to resume my uni soon. So I won't have like much time to play. So I wanted to like keep the enemies low leveled so I can just be donw with them soon and can spend my time doing stuff like quests.
Or watch my really long watch list.
So basically. Why kill something in 10 mins when you can kill it in 1 and get the same stuff. (Numbers just an example.)
Plus not to toot my own horn or whatever that proverb is. But I suck at combat games.
I can't even kill the Abyss 5 with my level 80 characters lol. (Maybe because I don't raise characters other then the 3 I like. Or because I don't farm for artifacts and talent materials. I just hate domains lol)
I did forget that you can lower your world level. So maybe? 🤔🤔

im keeping her at level 1 just out of spite </3
i really didnt want yoimiya. i was on the wishing screen and then accidentally hit the 10-pull button. i was saving my guarentee for a xiao re-run </3
now i hope i can save up 90 wishes and win the 50/50 whenever xiao eventually gets a re-run :') i still have 57 wishes saved so i hope i can get enough

im sure yoimiya is great for the right person, but im really bad w/ bow characters and i'm a mobile player so aiming w/ a bow isnt easy for me, i know i can just bow-spam and that'd work but still.
but i'm personally not a fan of her playstyle so i'm not sure if i'll do anything w/ her, maybe i'll play around in her trial some more to see if it grows on me.
im not worried about getting enough wishes tbh, more about the 50/50 im gonna have to win 💀

I know the bow struggle. Thankfully Yoimiya best playstyle totally ignores her aimed shots. She's more of a normal attacker like DPS Fischl.
I'm worried about the 50/50 too. Need that Ganyu that might be coming soon.
I like her design and her playstyle ain't bad either. I just don't want to build another character lmao.

I did that myself at AR 35 where I needed some extra time to get my characters caught up as I had only logged in to do dalies.

Like it was easy regardless but I just liked making it more easy lmao.
I only know of pokemon X that I didn't cheat in. (Because I couldn't find the rare candy chest lol)

So assuming Baal continues the trend. Approximately how much time is it between a banner and a re-run banner.
Like if Raiden Shogun Baal banner comes in September (which is official I think with Kujo Sara as the new 4 star).
Approximately when can I expect to see a re-run of her banner?
I'm thinking if I should skip it. Or skip Ganyu even though I love her.
Like which would have a better chance of coming back.
I'm thinking Baal cause Ganyu is already getting a re-run. (Assuming she does. Not sure.) So a re-re-run would be quite rare right?
Also. Please Mihoyo. Don't release Tartaglia anytime soon. Please. My heart can't afford to skip some of my favourite characters so close to each other.
(Look at me being so excited for them and losing the 50/50 and not getting either)

Childe hasn't long had his re-run either
I believe it was either before Zhongli's most recent, so I doubt he'll get another anytime soon
I'm pretty sure the next update is going to be Baal and Kokomi, in which order, I'm not sure-
so they should cover September and probably the beginning of October
Initial banners were: Venti > Klee > Childe > Zhongli > Albedo > Ganyu > Xiao >
I'm not sure if any more Inazuma characters have been confirmed, other than Baal, Kokomi, Gorou and Sara
So, 2.2 may be the earliest that we see Ganyu, and hopefully Albedo, to fill a dry update
It would be a good opportunity for Mihoyo to give us events for them back in Mondstadt and Liyue
Otherwise, I have no doubts that Baal will eventually get a re-run but it probably won't be for a few updates
My guesses, I'll put in a spoiler since nothing's confirmed, just in case:

Maybe we'll get an introduction to some Dendro characters in v 2.6, as a lead up for a Sumeru update for v 3.0?
Or maybe they'll finally release the Chasm?
I'm just going off of the fact that Mondstadt and Liyue chapters finished at 1.6, so maybe they'd do the same for Inazuma?
*As for the Baal re-run, I'm going off of Zhongli's banners, his initial release: v 1.1, and his re-run: v 1.5 (4 versions between, as was Venti's: initial: v 1.0, and re-run: v 1.4)

Anyways. Turns out I could have beaten the machine boss. Perpetual array thing. Loooong ago.
Apparently you have to kill the little minion with the barrier around it. And nor all 4 of them.
Lmao. I was always trying to kill the other ones and left the barrier one for last. But they never died, cause Apparently they can't, so I always died.
So this is why it was so hard to beat. Now I get it.
Big thanks to my friend HF. They helped me lots.
Also is there anyone on Asia server here who won't mind me stealing a few sakuras? Want to get my Ayaka leveled up.

But now I have another character to build so there's that.
But at last I finally have a hydro character that's not barbara.
Guess I should start killing oceanid lol. Haven't battled it once.
On another note. Ayaka level raised to level 72. working on exp books now. and her burst has been raised to level 8. Apparently I like Ayaka a lot more then I thought I did cause she is the first one I have leveled the talents of above level 6. Though all other talents are at 1 so eh

Anyways. I figured out why I'm so bad at combat.
1) None of my characters have their skills leveled up lol.
2) They don't even have artifacts. At least not good ones lmao. I just got a pretty good one. A crit damage glad circlet. So very happy about that. But yeah none of my characters are built.
3) I get scared lmao.
Anyways. It all comes down to 2 reasons. I hate time challenges. This is why I prefer over world bosses more.
And I hate like absolutely despise domains.
They're hell. Artifact farming is hell. 600+ resin used. Not a single good blizzard strayer artifact.
Ayaka is gonna be weak if this goes on lmao.
