Redeemed the 1st set of points. Didnt get the egg. Looking at feeds, its happened to 2 other people. Has it happened to anyone else?

For posterity:

- No I didnt release it by mistake. I checked.
- No its not in my egg storage. I went thru all that.
- No its not in my party.
- No its not in any of my other boxes. I looked.


Can anyone else (mod or otherwise) confirm?

im actually in the same boat as you I redeemed it not long ago and didn't receive the egg only had my 2 pawniards in the party at the time even relogged to make sure I wasn't going crazy or just had a lag issue and nothing

Having the same bug too. I just pressed the 'Claim' button and it said that I had successfully received the egg, but when I check my party, it's nowhere to be found
And my Egg Storage is full, so there's no way it's sent to the storage
And of course you can't release eggs, so it won't be in Recovery Page
Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

The same thing happened to me!

I don't have any egg storage, and I had an extra space open in my party when I redeemed it. After waiting a few minutes, I still did not receive it. This was for the first redemption, but I'm going to try and see if it happens in the second redemption as well.

It is most likely going to happen with your second as well. So it'd be wise to just sit back and wait for Riako to fix it before trying to claim another egg.

It would be better to keep patience till he comes online. You can still work for getting AP, just don't claim it. ^^
For those who have claimed, don't worry, maybe you will be able to 'Claim' again after Riako fixes the bug or it will appear in the party.
Just wait for Riako to wake up. Its currently night where Riako lives. xp

So, this might be a weird question, but has anyone checked their Item Bag [key items or otherwise]. It's still a bug, but it's more information about the bug.

It would help to know whether the eggs disappeared or were. . . misplaced.

Now we're able to claim the egg as it should. The bug has been fixed.
