Something odd is going on with Bulletin Board.
I had another White Powder task with 2 days left,I removed all the other tasks with no reward and now I just realized the White Powder one dissappeared as well.I'm pretty sure I didn't removed that one myself.
This is not the first time happening this,at first I though the time was too short to complete the task,but now I know it's not this.
Also,often when I remove tasks in my search for White Powder,I get only 5 tasks instead of 6.

I hope this bug can be fixed someday,It's already hard enough to collect White Powder due to its rarity.

Maybe the White Powder ones expired?
Also, there's a 15-minute wait when you remove a task manually. Maybe the downtime hasn't ended yet?

[I've removed plenty of Tasks and never had one disappear without me wanting it to ^^' ]

Like I said,the White Powder one still had 2 days left,it's impossible to expire before time runs out.

I believe what's happening is that you removed a task, for example the left upper task, and then left that tab open.
Then on another tab you do your stuff, and after a while you check the Bulletin Board and see that the left upper task has a white powder.
If you then go back to the first tab that you left open and refresh that to see the new tasks, it will remove the left upper task again, even though you did not want to do this.

This is one option of how it could've gone, but it does the same if you'd use the "go back" button, I've had this happen to me often where I accidentally removed all tasks again because I spammed the go back button.

Well,whatever happened,I lost that White Powder.
Next time I should know to not remove ANY task before delivering the dishes and claiming the reward.

Edit:I think I understand now what actually happened.
Today I got another White Powder task and started the making of the dishes on the phone,then a bit later I opened PH on PC while still having PH opened on the phone.When I checked Bulletin Board one of the tasks was missing and it wasn't removed by me (luckily it wasn't the White Powder one).
So,it's a glitch.
