Neptune looked at her "Two bursts ... Three maybe I´m unsure. She teleported twice at least. once to climb once to get to us. plus another time to bring us back" Zephyr looked at his brother, surprised that he had counted how many things he could remember, before looking back at her once more

Xin Sui puts her head in her hands. She murmurs something under her breath. "I know she's an ad-" she stops herself. "but she needs to stop overextending herself like this!" she mutters. "Thank you." she suddenly gasps. "Did either of you see a mask of sorts?" she asks quickly.

"I dont remember" Neptune said, although he had seen one he thought that if no one else seemed to know about it, or at least seemed to try and keep it secret, he´d better keep quiet for now. Zephyr shook his head " me neither really... we were ambushed by fatui and it was very... well chaotic if you´d say so"

Xin Sui lets out a sigh of relief. "Anyway, sorry about that. Your story?" she asks, still looking slightly annoyed at Akane for overextending herself. She says something to a passing vision holder who nods and says something back. "Alright, I am ready to listen." she tells herself quietly.

"Well... we had moved To Springvale from Inazuma, we were moving around quite a lot until I was inspired by Diluc Ragnvindrs fighting style.. To train in the same environment as he did we moved to the area around mondstadt and dawn winery... We settled into Springvale not long before it was attacked really... maybe a week or two.? The time goes faster when youre on the run" Neptune muttered. Zephyr continued "Sadly Sir Diluc had fallen in battle few years prior, and soon after we settled into the village The fatui attacked Springvale.. Brother and I tried to escape yet One of the fatui injured my leg. sadly my vision was fastened onto my belt and ... well now its cracked. Neptune protected me while we made our escape. We´ve... well basically lost most of our belongings.. Dont know about our Parents.. they stayed in Sumeru. I assume theyre..." "Dead." Neptune finished the sentence rather icy. His eyes didnt display love for his parents, they seemed rather cold like always "We lived near Starsnatch Cliff. thats where Akane found us."

Xin Sui smiles mournfully. "A story indeed. Honestly, most people take a lot of prodding to tell me there story. Quite annoying. As a bit of a thank you, I will tell you anyone's backstory. Anyone here I mean." she says, sounding slightly amused. "Pick wisely, as knowing a person's history can lead you to there heart." she says, once again quoting a book.

Neptunes eyes wandered over to the red tent "I assume getting to know more about Akane is an option too...? she seems quite.. how should I put it ...sheltered? " he didnt know how he should describe it, really he didnt seem to get it. for once he seemed quite clueless. Zephyr looked at him but went with it "her story sounds interesting"

Xin Sui smiles warily. "Akane has many secrets. Many of which I am not allowed to tell. But there are a few I may speak of." she says. "The crimson avenger was a title given to her after a particularly bloody battle. Her mentor was killed. He was like a brother to her she imitates him even today. She truly avenged him. But it was not without it's price." she pauses before continuing. "She trusts very few people, and is very secluded." she says. "Does that satisfy the question? Or is there specifics you wish to understand?" she asks.

"My apology for asking. I didnt expect her to have so many personal things" Neptune nodded a little, a small frown made its way onto his face. How would he have known..? He had heard of the Crimson avenger.. yet not about the story behind the name. Zephyr seemed a bit saddened "that.. sounds rough"

Resting her head on ZhongYun's shoulder, Jekylline stared at the other end of the tent lost in thought. "I think we should really stay." She murmured, eyes flicking over to gauge ZhongYun's reaction. "It's nice here, they're nice. What's the use in rushing to go home? What dad doesn't know won't hurt him. And... I'm tired of running... "

"Alright. It's your life so you do with it how you want." ZhongYun nodded, holding their sister close. "I'm still worried and we'll have to discuss what happens if The Master does catch wind of this. But for now, just rest. It's been a long day and I'll be here when you wake."

Nodding, Jekylline curled up closer. "Sing a song?" she asked, giving ZhongYun the best puppy eyes she could

There was a chuckle, a fond smile answering the innocent question but ZhongYun was never one to say no to Jekylline, even without her using puppy eyes. Clearing their throat, they began to sing quietly. "Bonne nuit, cher trésor, Ferme tes yeux et dors. Laisse ta tête, s’envoler, Au creux de ton oreiller." They hummed, running their hand through Jekylline's matted hair as the lullaby from their childhood came up instinctually, the pair familiar with the song that ZhongYun would sing whenever Jekylline couldn't sleep. "Un beau rêve passera, Et tu l’attraperas. Un beau rêve passera, Et tu le retiendras."

"Telling my story Xin Sui?" Akane's voice came from the mouth of the tent she had entered. She looked so much better, it was obvious the rest and the healing had done her good. "Yes." Xin Sui said. "They deserved to know." she added. "I never said they didn't, it's just... did you tell the about the ad-?"she cuts off. "No. That is a contract never to be broken." Xin Sui says quietly. "Thank you. Anyway. Yeah. It was rough." Akane says, sounding bitter at the memory. "I lost too much that day. By the way, Zephyr, Xing Hua is in my tent, you can go to her for some healing if you'd like." she says, forcing herself to be positive.

Gia was almost surprised, more people than just Aspen and her? She had thought this entire time that Aspen made his own camp and just invited her to it. There were two, no, three sets of twins! She couldn't even keep up with who's who and the fire crumple's kept her memory even more tact. She shook her head, summon her vision, and put it on the ground. The vision fiddled a bit before growing a Flaming Flower Stamen. Gia pruned it with great skill and threw it into the fire, just like that, the fire was rumbling and roaring with flame yet again. She slightly smiled at the flame and continued her counting of the twins.
I may seem like a bunch of useless text, but I LIVE HERE and I don't welcome visitors >:(

"I see you've taken notice to the others here," Aspen commented a light chuckle and smile growing from his face. He looked around the camp and picked out a few faces unfamiliar to him. "I don't recognize some of these faces, though. New recruits I guess. Wanna go introduce ourselves?" he asked, noting the flaming flower that Gia must have grown. After getting his Cyro vision he started gaining more tolerance to the cold, so it was probably something similar.
Friendly reminder: Go drink some water!

"Oh, okay, yeah, sure," Gia laughed, she stood up and immediately sat back down, "Which one do I introduce myself to?" She asked as she turned her head to Aspen. She never really knew how to greet someone, her best friend, Pyonor, she simply bumped into during her millions of trips to Wolvendom and Aspen, whom she met running away from something else in her life, is the only person she has ever kept a conversation long enough with to tell him about Pyonor. Life must always be like that, she thought to herself, You run so far and yet you still bump into something...

Zephyr nodded, got up and limped away to get his leg checked and possibly healed. He had no idea if his Vision could be healed too? It would be amazing if they were able to do such things. Neptune stayed, the usually cold man didnt know what he should do next. His gaze wandered a little, he didnt seem too interested in anything here, rather tense like he always was. His hand still rested on the handle of the claymore he always carried with him

As Jekylline fell asleep against their shoulder, ZhongYun's lullaby tapered off as he allowed himself to bask in the moment of softness and peace. It was quickly broken though, as Zephyr entered the tent and ZhongYun stiffed instinctively. Forcing themself to stop being so tense, they glanced around before stuffing both themself and Jekylline over so that there was more space for Xing Hua to help heal the newcomer

Zephyr had noticed them, he saw that he somehow must have ruined a moment there. "My apologies I did not mean to disturb you." the young man bowed shortly, seeming apologetic as he let out a quiet sigh after he got himself standing straight. He picked one of the corners furthest away, not wanting to seem like a threat to them at all. He wouldnt want to accidentally make enemies in this safe space

"Ah, no its no problem, I'm sorry." ZhongYun quickly bowed back, keeping their voice low as to not wake Jekylline. Outside of professional settings they were comedically inadept at social interaction. The silence between them was awkward and ZhongYun fidgeted slightly, busying themself by making sure Jekylline was comfortable. Somewhere between stripping out of his snowmelt soaked outer layer to holding Jeylline's healed hands between his own frostbitten one in a habitual attempt to keep them warm, they had begun humming again the Fontaine lullaby starting up unconciouslly

Zephyr looked down at his leg, he didnt know the song they seemed to be humming. Having grown up in Sumeru he had never been used to having songs sung, his father had always been busy, his mother wasnt really there either.. And His dearest brother permanently refused to sing anything. a shame truly but if he didnt want to what else could Zephyr do? Force him to.?

Akane closes her eyes for a moment and allows herself to miss her mentor. Pain streaks through her temple and sorrow peirces her heart. She takes a few steadying deep breaths. "I'm going to go on a walk. Want to come with me while you wait for Zephyr to recover?" she asks, stretching her arms.
