Hi there!

My friend on here got banned for a month, and in the week he's gone already, he told me he'll give the account to me. I want to transfer the Pokemon from there to my account, so how can I do that without setting up trades or auctions? I can offer proof of this conversation if needed, in case someone believes that I'm using two seperate accounts. His account name is "gamblingaddict".

There’s no way to transfer Pokémon without trades, you just gotta wait till his ban is over and he gets back online

I think this breaksrule 5

Quote5.1 Every person is allowed to have one player account. Any further account will be locked from this game. There is no exception for this rule.
5.2 You are not allowed to share your account with anyone. Do not give away your password; not even to your friends or family. This not only is to keep rule 5.1 but also to prevent others from taking away Pokémon, items, money, etc. from you.

Your friend can't give the account to you as that's breaking the rules as Gosth pointed out.

However, your friend gifting you everything on his account is not against the rules. So if you wait out the ban and your friend logs into his account and sets up the trades for you, you won't be doing anything wrong.

Yes, that is true, for that would mean using 2 separate accounts. But if he sets up the trades/gift for you, it shall not be against the rules.
