“Evolution
Castform can evolve depending on the current Weather through the use of a Weather-balloon.png Weather Balloon.
Note: Just the regular Castform can evolve! It is not possible to change them into another form, but you can change it back to normal and change the forms again.”

That’s the text at the bottom of the page. I don’t think castform can change back to it’s normal form after evolution?

Seems outdated, you can change the form of castform no matter what form it is in to any form just by using the weather balloon on it! And yeah you definitely can't just revert castform to my knowledge, there is a weather specific to it "clear" which requires the use of another weather balloon XD.
