Special Rules: Capital choose four tributes from each district (2 boys and 2 girls, 48 tributes total)
Arena: Waterpark
Vendor: Azrael: Tributes can buy/sell items from her, she also holds sponsor items that are given to the respected tribute and/or people in their alliance for free, but these can be boughten for a high price by another tribute/allaince so be careful!
Things to increase Azrael's trust:
* buy/sell things from her
* Chatting (might not always be an option)
* Giving/selling diamonds

Things that derease Azrael's trust:
* Stealing/trying to steal
* Using stolen item (cuases her to try to kill you unless you pay for it)
* Killing her (then you never again get to buy/sell from her)

$ functions, loot chests are randomized finds
*Each tribute starts with $20.00*
A tribute can increase the money they get by:
* Selling diamonds found in loot chests to Azrael +$50
* Surviving the blood bath or arena event +$15
* Surviving a day/night +$5
* Killing a tribute +$1.50
* Going down an unsafe ride (randomized $$)
* Loot chests (randomized $$)
