“That’s more like it.” Mordred launched herself into the Tyranitar
and shouted some curse words, leaping backwards back to where she
was as she used Parting Shot.
The rocks held down Mordred for a moment, feeling sluggish as her
speed must have dropped. Taking a moment to use agility, she felt
light on her paws again.
“I’m gonna be honest, my moves are for stea— are NOT for fighting,
I can’t do too much here.” Mordred corrected quickly, shouting
another curse and using Parting Shot.
Jumping back at the Tyranitar, her jaws lodged onto the mask. She
tugged at it, scratching the front with one claw in an attempt to
break it maybe. Using thief again, she let out a yowl of fury.
“Lord,” Mordred huffed, her back arched and her fur flattening
slowly. “I really tried to get that mask off. Must be some magic or
something.” She concluded, her eyes narrowed. Or maybe it isn’t,
and you’re just weaker than you used to be.

"We know that the cult...if it is one, has power beyond
comprehension...that Darkrai's shield is proof of that." Emerald
sighed, "Maybe the masks are welded onto ones face?" He suggested.
"I doubt the magic I can cast will do anything...."
Fortem shuddered."If so... That must be painful... In the grand
scheme of things, I doubt the cult really cares though. What now?"
Fortem took another survey of the room nervously, to see what he
could find.

"I think...seems like this might be the final room to challenge, is
everyone ready?" Emerald asked everyone

One by one the remaining pokemon were being struck down. Azure
decided to unleash a technique he had been practicing himself, upon
Yung's nagging

Blue flowers bloomed and exploded into water, and...put the
opponents to sleep
Fortem nodded. In truth, he was really worried about having to
fight again, he was feeling quite tired... But he'd do it for the
group, or at least put on a brave front for now.
