See the thing that Weedle Understood was that walking took alot more effort when you have feet the size and shape of cotton balls. Wherever he was, it was easier to find some food first, maybe even toast.

Eh, it's only a few flowers. Last time I checked, even if they could poison me, I'm immune. I'll just [ Doze off ] for now and maybe I'll take some of these sleepy flowers with me in the future.

Clearly this cat was crazier than a bag of them. Rose found some shred of self-preservation and decided to leg it in the most convenient direction. She runs away.
