Carrie looked at Opal her gaze softening. “Wow...” She breathed. “That’s a really pretty name.” She admitted sheepishly a small smile creeping up her face.

“I-I’m Carrie, it’s nice to meet you Opal.” Carrie then finished her statement straightening her posture.

Opal smiled slightly.

"Thanks, You've got a pretty name too. Opal couldn't help but feel relieved that she wasn't alone, this place wasn't as scary now. Stepping out from behind the curtain, she looked around again.

"Um, Carrie, do you maybe know where we are?"

Carrie quietly shook her head. “No, I was hoping you you knew were we are.” She sighed dejectedly. “Should we look around? Or maybe head back to our rooms?

Or... or...” She stammered drifting off into her thoughts. “No! I gotta stay focused here.” She reminded herself determinedly.

"Yeah, let's look around a bit. Maybe well find an exit!" She honestly doubted they would, but it couldn't hurt to try, right?

Deen had been napping when the door was unlocked, so she was still pacing around her room, wondering when she would be let out. Huffing, she stomped over to the door and pushed it, hard, thinking it would still be locked. The door opened, and she fell to the floor with a shriek and a thump. She seemed to be hitting the floor a lot. With a grunt, she managed to stand. She stood there for a moment, observing where she now was. Then she heard something - voices? For a second she thought she was going insane. Well, probably, so what the hell, she thought as she started towards the voices.

Opal noticed her first. A little girl, a few years younger than Carrie and herself, with a teddy bear in her grasp. She looked pretty scared, causing Opal to feel bad for her.

"Hey Carrie," she whispered, " I think that little girl over there needs help. "

Carrie looked at Opal then the girl. Opal had been right, she did looked rather young. “Are you lost to?” Carrie whispered quietly trying not to frighten the girl.

"Oh my God he has tentacles," she said, and she was close enough that all of them heard. "How cool!" She trotted over to them, her curiosity evident on her face. She looked over all of them. All appeared to be human. She hadn't heard what the tentacle-boy had said, so she didn't say anything else.

Anthony heard what was going outside, and he quickly scampered out of the room. "S- stay away from him!" He shouted to Deen. He was slightly shaking, but he moved to pull her away from Liam.

She went with him. "Why?" she asked, tilting her head slightly. This boy seemed rather strange, to be scared of unknown things. Honestly, Deen was loving this whole experience. So many new things, so much to learn. And now, a scared boy as dragging her away from it.
