♡ General Rules
1.1. All PH rules apply.
1.2. Don't claim my art as your own and always credit me, either by my username here or on Instagram
1.3. You're only allowed to use the artwork that was made for you, unless the current owner of the artwork gave you premision to use it.
1.4. You must set up a gift with the payment within 24h after I accept your order. I can give you more time, just please tell me earlier through pal pad/pm.
1.5. Don't rush me, sometimes finishing a commision might take a day, few hours, and sometimes a week.
1.6. Rules may be added/removed at any time.
1.7. Don't order when slots are full or the shop is closed.
1.8. Any extra payment will be considered a tip.
1.9. Use the correct forms. Please.
1.10. Have a clear, shadeless drawing reference for your character. It doesn't have to be digital, but it has to have a digital colour palette so that I can clearly tell what colors go where.
1.11. Only exception from the rule above are pokemon that aren't pokesonas, I know what a pikachu looks like.

♡ Refund Rules
2.1. I will only make refunds before the work is fully finished and posted.
2.2. If your commision isn't done after 2 months since you ordered. You are free to cancel you gift, thus getting a refund.
2.3. You can also refund any tips along with the original payment.

♡ Art Specific Rules
3.1. I won't make any gore art on PH. If you would like artwork that includes gore, contact me on my Instagram instead, payment will still be in PH currency.
3.2. No adult content, I'm 14. Suggestive poses/artwork is allowed but you still need to contact me on my Instagram for it.
3.3. I have the right to decline a commision without saying why.
3.4. Finished commisions will be posted here, with the exceptions of gore/suggestive art which will be either sent to your instagram or e-mail (if you provide one).
3.5. Mixed payments are accepted, more on that on the "Payment" section.
3.6. Do not make any big changes in your order once you've already paid. This mainly includes changing the background/setting and/or pose of the character. This will make your order take longer and especially will make me bitter about it.
3.8. Pokemon do count as extra characters even in drawings where the main focus are the trainers. 1-2 pokemon count as 1 extra character, 3-4 pokemon count as 2 extra characters, 5-6 count as 3 extra characters and so on.
3.9. Only exception from the rule above are scenes, in which no matter the amount of pokemon they will count as 1 extra character (payment wise - no need to pay for the extra characters) but overall cost of the scene might increase depending on the complexity and placement of the pokemon.
3.10. Scenes do require that after sending in a form we contact through pal pad/pm to provide more explanation and details. Such as: overall tone of the scene, what are the characters doing, where are they etc.

♡ Other stuff, not exactly rules but still important ♡
4.1. I won't respond after sending picture to stuff like "thanks" since I'm probably smiling like an idiot because someone is happy from what I've drawn. Just know that I appreciate it, I just don't know what to anwser and human interaction stresses me out 90% of the time.
4.2. Cute little marshmallow dividers were made by EtNoir on DA. Go check them out, they have a lot of different cute little dividers.
