Palkia had been caught by a man named Vacorin, though nobody was there. After this event, a giant explosion appeared in the center of the world. It hit all 8 regions. This is where the story begins.

you will wake up, and will find that you have forgotten everything. A nurse tells you that she can not recover your memory, but Arceus can. Unfortunately, she explains, the only way to get to Arceus is via the Holy Rock, which was split into 9 pieces when the explosion happened. They were scattered around all the regions, and one piece fell into the sea.

A prophesy was then told. if you wish to regain your memory, find the 9 pieces together...

13. The guiding Legend/ mythical cannot be Palkia, Dialga, Giritina, Arceus, Celebi, Mew, Eternatus, Necrozma, Kyogre, or Ultra Beasts.(all have plot roles)(will remove strike if edit)

Vivadia woke up with a frigid shock. Her room might've not been the nicest in the world, but it was surely better than dying, she thought. "Patient Vivadia, I am glad you are alive!" the nurse told her. Vivadia? Who's that? And why was she looking at me so strange? She thought. 'Who are you, and why am I here?" she finally said out loud. She may have forgotten everything, but she still spoke English.The nurse had to explain everything to her., though she got relatively confused when she heard the word Arceus. Who's... Arceus? she then realized that she forgot everything. "Good grief." she told herself.

Lila wakes up. W-where am I? she thought and when she tried to sit up, she fell back down Why can't I sit up?. When the nurse came over and explained to her everything "whoa, whoa wait a minute, who is this Arceus?" Lila asked "Arceus is a mythical Pokemon almost nobody has seen before but you need to find the Holy rock..." The nurse tries to say but she was interrupted "the holy rock? what is that?" Lila asked "It's what you need to find Arceus" the nurse says "and where do I find it?" Lila asks and the nurse became sad a bit "it was split into 9 pieces so you need to search for them" the nurse said before leaving wait my name is Lila? strange that nurse knew who she was while I don't know who I am and how does she know so much about this memory lose thing? Lila thought "so I need to find the Holy rock to find Arceus? that shouldn't be too hard I hope..." Lila said out loud

Irene slowly comes to. A nurse rushed over, exclaiming, "Irene, you're awake! How do you feel?"

"...not my best," Irene replied, closing her eyes again. "Where am I?"

"You're in a hospital. An explosion hit the center of the world and you happened to be in one of the places where it hit hardest. You're lucky to have survived, actually."

Irene furrowed her brows and opened her eyes again. "What did you say was my name again?"

The nurse looked a bit... nervous? at that. "Irene." After a moment of silence, she said, "you know, there's a way to get your memories back. You can find the Holy Rock to summon Arceus, the Pokemon God. It's been split into 9 pieces, though."

Irene sighed. "Great."

Oliver let out a slow, mumbled groan as he awoke. His eyes wanted to stay shut a little longer, but he forced them open. He blinked as he was greeted with bright lights and white walls. His mind duly registered it as a hospital, though he was given no other information. He slowly propped himself up, only to be softly pushed back down by a gentle, but stern hand. He stared up at the owner of said hand, finding a nurse standing by his side. "Where am I?" He grumbled out.

"You're in the Nimbasa City hospital." The nurse answered, then continued. "You appeared to be caught near a blast that knocked you unconscious. It appears you've lost your memories and the only way to get them back is through Arceus himself."

Oliver frowned in thought as the nurse continued to speak. This whole thing seemed ridiculous, and like an awful lot of work. He sighed, it seemed like he had to go and do this stupid quest thing though.

Kio awoke to a powerful wind. He was in the forest, yet he didn’t know why. He looked to his left and saw a nurse. She looked like a normal person to him, and yet he did not know why he wasn’t in the hospital if this was serious work. Then he realized he was gl itchi er than the others. He didn’t know why, but he just knew. “You’re lucky to be alive,” the nurse told him, “the hospital nearby was too full to put you in, that’s why you’re here. Anyway, Kio, the only way we could heal you was to wipe your memory (sorry~), but there is still a way you can get it back~” then she explains it to him.

“Oh zipzt[means good grief in virus language]” he said to himself.

When Vivadia finally got out of her surgery room, she saw a poke ball on the desk. Thousands, actually. She had never seen the hospital so crowded before in her life, or maybe she has... They gave her a moonball that seemed to be hers, and when she opened it, a noctowl emerged. She called him Nightshock, though she probably knew he had another nickname from before the explosion...

Kio saw a pokeball on the dirt next to him. The nurse picked it up and gave it to him. when he opened it, a Blaziken came out. It hugged him with kindness and love. A young boy with brown hair and blue eyes was slightly revealed as Kio's glitchiness began to fade. He soon returned to his glitched form, and nicknamed him Kalimari, as he saw his name was very odd, edhhefedaf643743ioh3 or something along those lines...

Lila walked out of the room and someone gave her a ultra ball which she opens and a Lucario came out. The lucario looks at Lila and came close to her. Lila gently hugs the Lucario and calls it Aura but it probably doesn't have a nickname which Lila would be fine with as well.

Oliver looked to the side of his bed, noticing an Ultra Ball. He picked it up and let the pokemon inside come out. From the pokeball emerged a small Litwick that upon noticing Oliver, let out a relieved cry and wrapped it's small hands around his fingers. "Casper." The name slipped out of Oliver's lips, and he gave a warm smile to the ghost pokemon.

Junbi woke, the white of the hospital walls making her squint. She sat up, the world spinning around her. A nurse hurried over to her. "Oh, thank goodness you're awake," the nurse said, smiling at her. "How do you feel, Junbi?"

Junbi stared at her. "Who's... Junbi?"

The nurse gave her a worried look. "I hoped I was wrong... Junbi, you have suffered a severe memory loss. Oh - and Junbi is your name. We cannot help you now ; you must summon Arceus by piecing together the Holy Rock... which has been broken into nine pieces." The nurse looked at her sympathetically. Junbi sighed, leaning her head against the wall behind her.

"This Arceus fellow sounds nice... I suppose I had better get to it, then." She hopped off the bed, despite the nurse's objections. This all seemed like rather a lot of work, she thought. But still, she got onto a motorbike she somehow new was hers, and drove home.

Kio looked at the forest. He supported himself against a tree, and began to look at Kalimari. The Blaziken looked back at him with a little smile. “Looks like I’m going to be stuck like this for a wh ile,”Kio told Kalimari. It seemed to look slightly sad, as it had a visible frown on its face.
