Spriter applications are always open:

Though it might take some time until your application is reviewed. For example Furret applied over a year ago (or two years ago?). We look through all applications once we have demand for a new spriter 🙂

Requirements will be shared once a position is open and are (of course) different for each job. This is a voluntary position, so no payment.
