Drew suddenly realized Pokémon were leaving the district. “What
the...?” Drew thought to himself. He recognized a familiar face
when watching the people go by. It was a Fraxure and the same one
he met in the forest. Drew smiled. “Hey John!” John, startled by
the voice, looked over to see his friend at a house. Drew ran over
to talk to John for a second. “John? Why is EVERYONE leaving right
now?! Where are they going?!” Drew said. John replied with “Drew,
Tempest is giving out a speech on the central island.” John
suddenly realized that he was behind. He ran off in the direction
of the bridge leading to the island. Drew stood there, stunned.
“Who the heck is Meka?! What with this speech anyway?” Drew decided
he would stay there for now, but maybe join in later.
Mordred finished eating her berries and made her way back to her
brick wall to see the chaos she left behind. Seeing that there was
no-one really around, her ear flicked with annoyance. Everyone
appeared to be gathering somewhere on the island, making her body
tingle with curiosity. She traversed the alley’s so she could sit
on a wall and watch everyone gather. She pulled her ears forwards
to listen to the crowd.
Winter took the ball out of the bag, still cold and a bit wet. "As
you can see, I'm very creative. It's obviously a voltorb!" He
laughed. He had kind of gone brain dead this morning, but he wanted
to try the clay, so he had taken some out anyway. Thankfully this
wasn't all of it.
Meka flew out of the garden, starting to follow the other pokemon
gathering. She supposed this Rayquaza guy might have something
important to say? Maybe?
Fortem had enjoyed the relaxation therapy quite a bit, and was
feeling calmer afterwards. He'd tipped Yung a gold, and had made a
mental note of the building's address. However, Fortem knew it was
only a temporary solution.
After that, he'd headed to the Fate arena, hoping the therapy would
help him. However, it didn't go much better than yesterday, with
his rock throws being worse than his fathers, and him panicking
when he thought he'd hit a training leafeon.
Now, he was sitting sadly near the center of the cloud island. He
spotted Yung and the Mewtwp from before, which, thankfully, still
seemed very peaceful. Fortem sweeped his tail over his paws, and
looked at the ground. Why did he have to panick whenever a battle
happened? He pushed the thought aside as a crowd began to gather.
What was this? He looked at them curiously, and sat off to the
side.

The winds were slowly picking up, clouds were starting swirl. It
was evident that Tempest was approaching. The arrival of Dainn and
the knights also signified this as they took place to guard the
various areas. Shopkeepers, citizens, and everyone alike big or
small were coming to this. And it was fairly big as Tempest rarely
gives public speeches to everyone. With a burst of wind Tempest
would appear at the central island
Okay it was enough waiting for Drew. He got back up and started to
run in the direction of the bridge connecting to the central
islands. “Geez, there is so many people here.” He thought getting a
good look at the central island. He got on the bridge, and crossed
it going by bunches of Pokémon. There were different separated
spots to go to spectate, so he picked a random one. He ran into one
spectating area and caught his breath. “Phew, I made it.” He
thought.
Fortrem saw his parents approach the crowd as well, wearing their
red knight scarves proudly, and watching them carefully. He bent
over a little bit, hoping they wouldn't spot him. He felt a breeze
ruffle through his fur, swirling up a wind across the whole island.
Tempest must be coming! He waited in suspense.

Tempest would greet everyone, the greeting was met with resounding
cheers from all sides. He would start with the usual wishing
everyone in good health for the following years and to bless the
sky kingdom for great lives to come. It was fairly standard of all
things. But even so, it still rallied the crowd
The loud cheers combined with the sudden gusts of powerful wind
startled Fortem. He cheered out: "Lord Tempest!" Along with the
crowd, so he wouldn't stand out (plus, to show respect), but closed
his sensitive ears to keep them safe. He wondered what was
happening, maybe it had to do with the unfamiliar legendary pokemon
around the island, like the keldeo or the mewtwo, or maybe it was a
public knight ceremony.
Mordred’s expression did not change when she saw the green
legendary land. She sat down and watched them with an uninterested
eye, her tail swaying on the other side of the brick wall as she
attempted to get comfortable. She thought about her robbery earlier
and grew tense. Would Tempest mention it? They didn’t before so why
now? She sat uncomfortably knowing this.
Mordred straightened. Her ears pricked and fur bristled as she
turned to look at the Castle. Her expression lacked concern,
displaying shock and excitement.
Despite the relaxation therapy, Fortem jumped like a cat pokemon
was he heard the crash. A million questions tumbled through his
mind. Is everyone in there ok? What happened to his families rooms?
What or who caused this? The crowd began speaking very loudly and
panicking, which made the situation worse for fortem, as his
breathing got shallow. He closed his eyes and folded his ears down
as low as they could go.

Fire. Fire. That was what it was...there was smoke coming from the
castle. Dainn and his knights immediately rushed towards the
castle. If everyone looked to the skies, one could see that meteors
were starting to fall. And...there was one giant behemoth of a
meteor that was some ways off but it was clear that that one will
undoubtedly destroy the kingdom altogether. Tempest looked up and
snarled. And immediately ordered everyone to go and barricade
themselves in their homes
Fortem was so panicked, he barely registered what the sky lord had
ordered. But... his home was in the castle? Where could he go?
Fortem remembered the rustic little home of Yung and the Suicune
who's name he couldn't remember in the heat of the moment. He froze
as he saw the meteors, but was nudged by a pokemon running to their
home, which jumpstarted Fortems paws, as they quickly led him away
from the center island, and to Yung's address.
Lord Tempest came out, having everyone cheering and shouting. “Gah,
do you HAVE to be that loud?” Drew said annoyed. Tempest said
greetings and wishing good health. Drew was still pretty annoyed on
how loud it was. He started talking about not really important
things, until a loud crashing noise was heard at the castle of
light. “The hell...?!” Drew said surprised. Then meteors started
raining down on the islands. Tempest ordered to barricade and go
home. “WHAT IS GOING ON?!” Drew said angrily. He could see all of
the Pokémon scattered to their houses and he soon released that he
was being left behind. Panicked and angry, Drew tried to ran as
fast as he could to his house.
Meka wasted no time, rushing to the suburbs in a flashing pink
blur, leaving Bri in her panic. Normally, in times like this, which
had never happen, she'd figure her first instinct would be to head
to the ground or something, but in this case, she felt she
couldn't, due to her friends here.
Winter froze in place, backing toward his home once more, then
turning around and running. Home, get to the most secure part of
the household.
