Miko returned to the lab. She glanced at the woods again and turned
to her two pokemon. "Ready for this? We should grind up." She
smiled as her pokemon nodded. Miko needed more experience with
battling, so this could really work for her. She also knew Obsidian
could evolve, and a zoroark would be so cool to have, especially
for strong illusions.
"Looks like there arnt any Riolu in this area. Better stock up on
supplies before heading out." Cy started to pick berries of all
types, and cleared bushes of their Oran berries.
Lyn gave marla Capone's pokeball and as she went out to find any
strong pokemon
"Thank you Marla!" Smiled and shouted Lyn as she ran to the
forest/grass
Lyn ran outside to see Vex and the pichu she saw earlier
She started walking slowly as she was getting something from her
bag as her riolu was infront of her
Satisfied that he had picked enough berries, Cy made his way to the
first town to challenge the gym leader. He walked in the tall
grass, to increase his chances of finding a good pokemon while
walking. He held on to his Captor, hoping it's powers would guide
him to a riolu
Carter was still sat in the grass by the lake, furiously scribbling
in his notebook. There was a few doodles next to the
near-unreadable handwriting, Poet and Soldier stood at where he was
sat.
Brook sighed as a shiver ran down her spine. She had recalled Birch
at some point during her travels. She was a little turned around
and couldn't find where she was. She fell flat on her back with a
large groan, looking up to the stars. The Pawniard left hos
pokeball, walking up to her side and looking down at her.
"No. I'm not moving any more. My legs hurt and I'm tired." The
Pawniard stared at her with an unreadable expression. Brook braced
herself for his angry swiping but it never came. When she opened
her eyes, she noticed that Birch had also left the pokeball.
Pawniard was climbing up trees and cutting down some branches,
while Birch was picking some berries and holding them in her leaf
hood. Brook watched for a few minutes as the two pokemon worked to
build what she soon recognized as a campfire. She noticed the two
pokemon were struggling to light it so she came over and helped
start the fire.
Birch let out a happy chirp as Pawniard speared the berries over a
branch and started to cook them. When the berries were nice and
roasted, Pawniard split the berries between him and Birch evenly.
As he started to bit into one he looked at Brook, offering a berry.
The trainer declined, as she rummaged through her bag pulling out
some energy bars. The two pokemon started to eat when they saw she
was taken care of, and Brook couldn't help the small smile that
crossed her face. When they were finished eating she would make her
way towards Amilla town once more.
