Jason scoffs and shoots a round of bullets at Komoto just for the fun of it. Unsurprisingly, he was left unfazed. “You really are a sick ba*****...” he smiled and put the gun back on his belt, then untied Komoto. He was starting to like this kid, he could even be a valuable member. The only problem is, he was absolutely crazy... He could turn on him at any second. He decided to take the risk and just go along with it.

Komoto was somewhat surprised and disappointed when Jason untied him. “You aren’t going to kill me...?”

The wind carries Gale all the way to her favorite part of the city. The pet shop. She goes in and heads straight for the cats.

Before she can answer, Darius wraps his arm around her. He practically drags her down the stairs. Any normal bystander would assume that they were a couple. Nobody would guess that one of them had a burning urge to kill the other. "We'll start our first job now. There are some people by the park" his head is close to hers as they walk. It makes her uncomfortable but she doesn't show it. "I won't tell you what I'm gonna do. I want your reactions to be genuine... Just play along"

Gale find the silver cat and buys it. She heads back to Oci. "Heyo again." she said. "This is Silver." she says. Her gray eyes look lovingly upon the cat.

Excitement moves through Zero. She is back in The Cage, where a weaker power user waits. They are forced to fight to the death. This is how she feels now, that same excitement...Or is it dread?. Zero mentally slaps herself. No.. she will not doubt herself now. As if he can sense her doubt, Darius whispers. "This is for the greater good, they would kill you without hesitation, you are just protecting yourself."

The two have reached the park. Zero sucks in a breath. She doesn't know what Darius has planned, that makes her feel incredibly nervous

Luke looks out the glass, unable to see anything or go through it. He takes out the violin and starts to play Despacito loudly, hoping somebody from the outside world nearby has nothing to do and it listening closely, wanting to be set free. He closes his eyes, focusing on the notes rather than the strings.

Willow and Sage ran up the stairs and into Leaf's appartment, Willow scaring the cat again. Sage had her mouth and nose burried in her scarf again, but that was normal for her. "Mommy we're home!" Willow anounced, pretty much shouting.

Leaf straightend up and knelt down to them. "How was school?"

"Good, we made bottle rockets in science!" Willow anounced as she held up her and Sage's bottle rocket.

"Sounds like you had fun." Leaf said with a smile.

"Yeah but they were kinda loud." Sage murmered from under her scarf.

Luke keeps playing the song over and over again, hoping someone will catch the vibe and hear the tunes of his violin. Maybe it was too quiet. He puts more pressure on the violin, making it make louder sound. He continues playing, in hopes that someone hears and tries to save him.

Barry gets up and goes walking by Leaf’s, Willow’s, and Sage’s apartment. He is on the ground crawling. Man he hated that he had to crawl instead of walk. It was because of the fusion with the alligator that his legs were tiny,

Zero glances at Oci and Gale. She wondered if the two of them could take them on. But before she can come up with an answer, she feels an arm wrap around her chest, pinning her arms to her side. She feels a knife against her throat. She tenses up. "Let me go or I will shock you!" She warns, not caring if they heard.
"You three!" Darius shouts. "You know this girl right?" He asks. He presses the blade closer to her throat. She tries to push her head back, but it's pressed against his chest. "Don't try using your powers! If I get spooked... My hand could slip" he informs. His shield is up anyway, they won't be able to touch them. But they don't know that

"Zero? "Gale looks horrified. "Let her go!" she said, fear creeping into her voice. "Now! Let her go!" she narrows her eyes in determination. She doesn't know Zero very well, but she wants to protect her anyway.

Clove heads to the park. She runs her hand over various metal elements in buildings. The sunglasses begin to heat up. She ignores it.

"Well since you asked nicely.." Darius loosens his grip just enough that Zero manages to take a step forward. She lets out a hiss of pain when he slashes the knife across her back. This is real.. Fear creeps through her. Before she can react she is once again pinned against him, the knife back onto her throat. "Sike... Do you really think I would let her go!?" Darius shouts. "No, I want to kill her in front of all of you!"

Rose watches Leaf interact with her kids for a moment. "I should get going Leaf... It's been nice seeing you" she lowers her head and starts walking towards the door

Barry sees Clove pass him and to the park. He follows her, wanting to know what she is up to. He thinks about what could happen at this point. He didn’t used to have a tail, only just gills. What is he grew more alligator features, like scales on his legs and feet, or a mouth with sharp jaws. I mean sure he already has a powerful jaw grip, but what if he gets more things on him and then nobody wanted to be around him or they call scientists to dissect and study him. This was why he never had anyone: fear of betrayal, just like how his parents just gave him up.

Luke still plays, getting louder each time by putting more pressure on the violin. He then sighs, still playing, still wishing for help to escape.

Clove pauses. With one swift move, Barry is surrounded by hot metal, forming a clamp. "Don't follow me." she hissed, leaving.


Gale summons the wind and blows Zero away from Darius. "Stop it!" she cries. The wind kicks up.

Gale curses. The wind does nothing. "LET HER GO!" she cries aloud.She sounds very angry now. Her eyes flicker around Darius, searching for a weak spot.

Darius enjoys toying with them. He can't hold back a bubble of laughter. "So you do care about her?" He asks. He lowers his shield for just a moment. The wind ruffles his hair up. He tosses Zero to the side before he resummons his shield. He walks towards Gale, holding his knife out at her. "Now Zero..." He says calmly, he tries to make it sound like he is having a conversation rather than signalling her.

Zero isn't sure what to do. This doesn't look like they dispise her. What this his plan all along? To hurt her and then expect that she kills them? She hesitates, her eyes wide as she watches them

Leaf settled her kids down and made sure they were working on their homework before she started making tunafish cassarole, one of their favorites. The warm smell wafted from her appartment.

Barry jumps at the hot metal. He gets burned a bit and starts running around. He jumps over the metal and puts his body in the sewers. The water helps but it hurts a little, but he doesn’t show it on his face. This is why he didn’t meet people. Suddenly some scales start to crawl up from his tail to part of a small part of his back. He was afraid of this. He decides no more going in the water unless necessary. He crawls in front of the apartment building that Rose is about to come out of, not knowing she will. He lies down by the door and starts to sleep, his burn showing.

Luke gets out his cello and starts playing lower but louder music.

Another feeling of dread washed over her again, different than before. She didn’t feel like she was in danger, but instead someone else... She tries to ignore the feeling as best as she could but she couldn’t shake it off. She tries to distract herself by continuing to clean the apartment up, but to no avail

“Nah, decided against it.” Jason chuckled as he stared at Komoto with his arms crossed. If Komoto doesn’t escape, then he is his responsibility. He would have to keep him from killing everyone around him, but also keep him interested in staying around.

“Oh come on... What if I wanted to die in the hands of a well known and powerful guy?” Komoto gave a small smile as he stood up and got the ties off of him.
