Fyssi was still carrying Farore on her back. He seriously had
better not run off, or else... "They'll probably have put them
closer to the entrance, let's check there." She whispered to Bri
while following down the corridors. Their steps echoed through the
stone, but it was likely no one would be checking on the prisoners
any time soon.
Flick then teleported out of the dungeon area, looking for the
office. Hopefully no one would see him, but he was on high alert.
He wished he had inherited Mew's invisibility sometimes, now
included. He especially didn't want to run into his shadow
'brother'.
“We might cover more ground if we split up.” Bri whispered back to
her. “I’ll go slightly deeper and check the next opening I find.
Don’t worry about me, I can defend myself.” He said with confidence
Fyssi nodded. "Right." She went down a hallway and lost Bri
immediately. She was trying to follow her nose, but the absolute
maze of cells was confusing her senses, and all she could do was
press on. She really hoped the corrupts hadn't gotten smart and
decided to finally send guards down to the cells right now... then
it occurred to her. How did these idiots expect to keep prisoners
if the cells were still destroyed? Maybe they'd repaired them by
now, but what if they were somewhere else?
Spiri and Luke, at least, were near the entrance as Fyssi had said.
Spiri had managed to break the lock from the inside, causing Luke's
chains to crash to the floor with a loud banging sound that made
her freeze stiff. She hoped none of the guards could hear that....
She turned to Luke. "Do you think your ready to make a break for
it? We still have to find Meka, who clearly isn't here." She
whispered the words rapidly to him.
Flick was levitating through the halls, carefully. He kept all his
senses out for someone patrollling the halls or something. So far
he'd found no one, which hardly comforted him. It wouldn't be long
before the 'turned' legends awoke. At that point he had no idea
what he could do other than get somewhere safe now.
Bri had moved onwards to find Meka. He was doing his best to look
around, while trying to be in vicinity of being able to be
contacted by Fyssi. He was covering a lot of ground
Spiri picked up the sound of footsteps from down the dungeon,
Bri's. "Sh**!" She didn't want any guards to catch them in the
middle of escape. She wanted to wait on Luke, though, even through
her impatience. "C'mon, are you ready to go?" She began to despair
at the idea of leaving Meka behind, but Luke was closer.
Fyssi couldn't find anything and began to retrace her steps. Farore
had fallen asleep on her back, and she was now half using her
psychic powers to keep him balanced without falling off, even
though he had a tight grip even in his sleep.
By the time Spiri had finished talking to Luke, Bri had ran past
her spot. He didn't see her, rather he was much too focused on
finding Meka and, ironically enough, Spiri. He had his lockpick out
the whole time, trying to find Meka's cage
Yeah, it was very hard to tell, considering Meka had completely
lost the battle for consciousness. She was sprawled out like a cat
would be, snoring softly and almost adorably, eyes closed tightly
so she looked more Mew than the human form she'd adopted.
Fyssi however, was also running straight in Bri's direction, and
quickly noticed a loose feather on the ground in the hallway she
was walking through. "Bri? Did you find them yet?" She could only
hope her voice wouldn't carry upstairs.
He simply shook his head at Fyssi and continued running onwards,
trying to find Spiri or Meka. He wanted to find them both. He had a
sinking feeling that he ran past someone at some point but he shook
that feeling off as paranoia
Spiri made a break for the exit, not glancing back once. She'd
heard Fyssi and Bri's voices but honestly didn't want to wait on
them. Right now, Meka was her concern, as Luke was free to do as he
pleased. She had no idea where they'd taken Meka, as she was long
gone before Spiri had even blacked out from Morrigan's attack. She
growled in frustration by the entrance as she had nothing to go
one. But the dungeon was safe for now, and she didn't want to leave
it without a plan.
Fyssi scooped up the feather. Bri was making so many echoes with
his running she was surprised her old friends in Johto couldn't
here them, let alone the people above them. Then again, bosh to
that, all of the 'turned' pokemon were lazy buttholes. "Bud, I
don't think they're..." She trailed off, on a scent trail.
"Just..." She wandered to the cell, no bars, of course, just broken
chains. "I think they've already escaped. "I smell Spiri and that
Rayquaza guy." Fyssi was clutching the feather, trying to pick up a
trace. "I don't smell Meka at all, however."
“....could they be at the labs?” Bei said suddenly after a moments
of thought and a brainwave. He remembered that Melty had devoured
the cages to escape
"If Meka wasn't imprisoned here, that's probably where they're
headed. If I know Spiri, she'll try to save Meka before getting
out." It was clear to her that Spiri had been imprisoned here and
had escaped, but she had no idea that the Reshiram was actually
nearby. "Shall we go?"
Dusk stood at the entrance of the labs. He felt Akuma’s darkness
spike earlier. To be honest... that guy freaked him out. Still he
should let him know what happened... yet he felt a strong urge to
not to.
Fyssi headed quietly toward the entrance to the outside of the
dungeon, right at the door, Spiri was waiting, she didn't seem to
seem them yet, however. Fyssi dropped the feather and went to
quietly approach her without alerting anyone, but Farore let out an
obnoxious squawk all of a sudden, as he had woken up now, which
echoed through the dungeon and clearly grabbed Spiri's attention.
Bri immediately stiffened up upon Farore's squawk. He temporarily
froze and looked at Fyssi in slight panic. He kept his movements
quiet as he followed her
Dusk turned towards the sound. Did somebody attack a pidgiotto? He
debated investigating the source of the sound. It was between that
or go back downstairs.
Spiri was bristling like mad before noticing Bri and Fyssi, with
Farore on his mother's back. She sighed in relief. "Thank
goodness..." Maybe they'd seen Meka, or could help her out of here,
like they'd probably come to do, now that she thought about it. She
reached up and stroked Farore after walking over, calming him down.
"I hope you didn't alert anybody..." She glanced at the door,
suddenly anxious to get free.
