“Y-yeah I’m ok...” she lied as she opened her eyes and looked at the ultimate lying in the grass. She was glad that she was able to show her gratitude. “I-I’m sorry... I’m not usually like this...” she muttered before looking back at Crimson with a look that told him not to mention the topic again.

She sighed and looked away from him. She didn’t want to push it any further, or listen to his pushing anymore. She didn’t want to get mad, she always hated when she got mad. No good things came from lashing out. She had to stay happy, that was how she lived her life. She needed to always be happy, no matter what. Keep all her thoughts happy, keeping her expression happy, her movements happy, everything.

There was no shame in being uncomfortable with the subject and there was a certain amount of admiration as it took courage to speak up about these things. "One cannot become proficient with their powers without first fearing their power before slowly learning to trust it. But don't force yourself to bottle up your fear. Let it out, either with people you trust or by taking it out on a tree or two."

Crimson looked at the Ultimate. "Actually... That's good advice! I did that back when I found my powers, I accidentally set fire to a Labratory where they were teasting me, then in the ruins, I practiced.

She got up and began to stretch for a bit, thinking about what they had just told her. Was the advice worth following, or would it just lead to more problems? Sadly for her, she wasn’t a very quick thinker. She usually thought about it too much, or not enough. “You guys really seem confident that the advice would work...” she spoke before walking away from the couch and into the kitchen, unsure of where else she could’ve gone without looking awkward.

She raised an eyebrow at the sudden and weird gesture before turning around and facing the entrance. “Why would I...” she stopped before she could finish her sentence. We’re they serious about what they said? It seemed so dumb and useless... Not like it would work, would it?

With a confused expression came with an even more confused tone. “I uh...” she quietly added as she was being dragged. She looked at the nearest tree with a perplexed expression, then back at Crimson.

"Just think about what makes you mad or angry or scared and take out all those emotions on the tree." Ilmatar helpfully supplied, watching the two stand before a tree. Regarding with amusement twinkling in concealed eyes, Ilmatar's forked tongue tasted the air, aromatic stew gracing the air in a delicious scent. "Hope I'm not intruding. I can leave whenever you want me to." Was the idle comment thrown Snaphet's way

She slightly shook her head before returning her gaze to the tree. She had no intentions on using her powers much, but she didn’t seem to have a choice in this case. Would she hurt the tree by manipulating it? If she manipulated a human, would it hurt them? She listened to Ilmatar’s words carefully as she examined the tree, giving a silent apology for what she might do next. She took a deep breath and walked closer to the tree.

A sleeved was carelessly waved in their direction, oversized clothing dwarfing the owner in a pool of fabric. "'m fine with yelling the occasional helpful comment from here." Ilmatar called curling back down on the warm grass. Say what you will, but at least Ilmatar was consistently lazy and moody.

Surprise colored the scaled visage of the visitor, quickly schooled over by a slightly strained smile. "The forest hasn't done anything wrong to me yet. It's nice, there's sun, there's food, the grass isn't coarse and itchy like sand and doesn't have the weird texture of concrete. Air is nice and fresh and there's not to many stimuli aside from visual ones." These were all said flippantly, one shoulder shrugging carelessly.

(I don’t like sand... It’s clearer and itchy and gets everywhere.... XD)

She ignored all conversations happening around her, including the whispers of the wind and plants. She assumed immense focus would help her with the situation, since that’s what everyone she knew with abilities had said. Was it just the cliché thing to do with powers, or did it actually help? She placed her hand on the rough bark of the tall tree and tried to do something with it. She felt like making it burst into a thousand wooden shards, but that wouldn’t benefit anyone, now would it?

Seeing her hesitance, eyes rolled around sockets so hard that one might think they might just pop out. "Just do what makes you feel better. Is there any benefit to me pumping poison into a rock before smashing it against the sand? Not really but it sure is cathartic." Was the advice given, head cradled by the tickling grass. The sunlight felt dimmer but that barely registered, mind concentrated on the training at hand
