Phoenix sighed and landed, looking at Seclusion with curiosity.
A Mudwing arrived at each of the kingdoms. Each one had the same
message to give to the queen of each tribe.
Darkgazer turned around as the Mudwing walked in. She read the
Mudwing's mind and found out about the meeting before they had
spoken.
Queen Everglade was waiting at Jade Moutain. She heard wingbeats
and she turned around and saw Queen Dragonfly arriving. Queen
Dragonfly and Emperor landed and sat down to wait for the other
queens and bounty hunters.
Queen Holly agreed to follow the Mudwing and was flying towards the
enchanted tunnel.
Queen Verglas looked at the Mudwing that came in. The Mudwing had
one of the bracelets from the gift of diplomacy so he could pass
the great ice cliff and was immune to the cold. He told Queen
Verglas of the meeting and Queen Verglas imidietly took off and
headed towards Jade Moutain.
Ruin curled her neck to look down at the MudWing, the gold chain
with gemstones glittering as she did so, which managed to come
across as even more intimidating. Why on earth would the MudWing
queen ask for a meeting? Well, looks like she didn't exactly have a
choice here. "Fine. But this had better be good." She hissed in a
snaky voice and followed the MudWing out.
Seahorse was sorting her scrolls in the Deep Palace when one of her
dragons brought her the message of a MudWing visitor. Fumbling to
place the last scroll into the proper spot, she frowned at all the
unfinished work. She hoped this would be over fairly quickly.
Shoving the rest of the scrolls to the side to come back to, she
followed the soldier to the seaside, as the Summer Palace wasn't
exactly an option anymore. After hearing the message, she lifted
her snout and glanced in the direction of Jade Mountain. "Okay
then. Let's go." Due to her Can't-stand-still nature, Seahorse
could be seen shifting on her talons and flicking open her wings
before the MudWing even had a chance to take off. Lighting up some
of the luminous stripes on her tail, she signaled to the SeaWing
soldier to follow as she began speeding (Well, as fast as a SeaWing
could 'speed' ) toward Jade Mountain to see what all the drama was
about.
Seclusion flew back toward his cave to scratch more words,
muttering, "I'll be in my cave for questions." He seemed twitchy,
clearly wanting to scratch everything in his head.
Water Lily turned and looked at Phoenix. "What took you so long?"
She asked.
Phoenix sighed. "I got held up by something. Anyways, I was going
to send you two on a scouting mission with Graystrike and
Fireheart. Does that sound good?" She asked.
Chamomile and Water Lily nodded at the same time and went to find
Fireheart and Graystrike.
Fireheart and Graystrike were sitting in the main cave where they
were talking with Bluemoon. When they noticed Chamomile and Lily
they walked over. "Ready to go?" Graystrike asked. The pair nodded
and all four of them flew out of the cave.
Fireheart stopped suddenly and landed. Graystrike landed next to
him. "Vison?" He asked. Fireheart nodded and closed his eyes. Lily
and Chamomile kept watch from the sky.
Once the vision went away Fireheart shook his wings and looked up
at Chamomile and Lily. "We need to be careful. The Queens are going
to hold a meeting about what they should do about us and things
like that." He said.
Chamomile nodded and looked around but since the Queen's meeting
hasn't happened yet there wasn't much to look for.
Spiri tilted her head and looked at the other hybrid. It appeared
she'd been late. Bored, she decided to go find Nightflower, as she
hadn't seen the NightWing/RainWing in a while, and was always
worried for her.
Ruin sat in the cave with the other queens. Her stance and overall
demeanor screamed the message that she'd rather be somewhere else.
The aura she gave off warned the other royals that there would be
consequence if this wasn't seriously worth her time.
Nightflower was in her tree, she had her talons over her head and
her eyes squeezed shut. All her muscles with stiff where she was
curled around the branch. She let out a tiny squeak as Spiri
approached
Queen Buzzard lashed her tail angrily. "Any idea when Yellow will
get here?" She asked Everglade, her voice was in a snarl. Everglade
shook her head. "I can feel your frustration though." She said in a
calm voice.
Seclusion sat up in a fury, and started scratching the walls like a
mad-dragon. Words started to appear, one at a time, all over his
scratches. Death. War. Arise. Flee. Escape. Boundaries. Inferno.
Seclusion kept scratching words into his walls until he collapsed
into exhausted sleep. His talons bled the slightest amount, just
enough to leave color in select words.
