Charlie turned in her bed, trying to sheild her eyes from the sunlight. She wanted to sleep more.

Amber

Amber sat up and rubbed her eyes and swung her legs our of bed before streching out her limbs, she grabbed her robotic arm and fixed it into place.

Melody

Melody had already been up for a while helping with barn chores, she was now changing into her everyday clothes which consisted of a pair of loose fitting shorts and a loose fitting tanktop.

Makura groaned once she began to feel the sun hit her face. “It’s too early...” she muttered to herself as she brought the blanket over her head and attempted to go back to sleep

The sudden urge of wanting to do something was enough to get her out of bed. She kept grumbling to herself as she got her normal clothes on.

Baian yawned, slowly coming to consciousness as he untangled himself from his makeshift bed. As in, sliding off Tethys's long body and onto the ground where he stretched languidly. He had fallen asleep at the gym again, a common occurrence these past months after aquiring the position of gym leader.

Something pawed Charlie's face. Charlie rolled over thinking it was one of her cats but rather found an Eevee pawing her face. She sat up in alarm, her mind whirling. "What in the- How'd you get here?" The Eevee held a folded paper in it's mouth, Charlie took it and opened it to find a letter:

Please take good care of it. It was left alone and I alone can't take care of it anymore. Raise it, make it stronger, give it love; and eventually it will return the favor. Whatever you do, don't let it fall into Team Dark's hands. If they do, I can't bare to think of the consquences.

I'll try to get ahold of you soon.

Charlie read the note a few times then set it down, once it left her hand it turned to a mist and evaporated into the air. What an odd day this was going to be.

She stopped when she felt something at her feet. Something was rubbing against it, like a cat or something. At her legs was a Treecko with a letter in its mouth. She grumbled and kept walking, thinking it was just a hallucination

Amber noticed a sad looking Scorbunny sitting on her bed with a letter clutched in its paws. After taking the letter and reading it she set it aside and pixked it up. "It's okay little one, I'll take care of you." The Scorbunny seemed to brighten at Amber's comment.

The Treecko kept following her around the house. She finally had enough of it and sighed, stopping in the kitchen. “What do you want?” She asked. The Treecko took the letter out of its mouth and placed it in its hands, holding it up to her.

Melody found that a ralts was bouncing on her bed, they both froze when they saw eachother. Melody gently picked up the scared pokemon and read the letter. "I dont know how you got here, but I'll do my best to take care of you."

There was a splash in one of the pools as Baian looked up, seeing a damp letter and a smug looking Kingdra beside it. Sure he kept many Pokemon in the gym for safekeeping but he had never housed a Kingdra before. Kneeling down, Baian gingerly took the letter and hesitantly reached up to stroke the Pokemon's crown. Evidently the Kingdra didn't approve and a stream of water was doused at Baian's face, leaving him sputtering

She took the letter and read it, quite confused on what it meant. “So... You need someone to take care of you?” She asked, raising her eyebrow. The Treecko smiled and nodded, looking up at her with hopeful eyes. “Well I’m not doing it, find someone else...” she muttered before walking away.

Reading the letter a few times through, Baian sighed and carried it off the dry properly. It was heard to read the initials with the water damage but with a little bit of restoration, Baian was sure that it wouldn't be impossible to find out who the sender was. "So, it looks like I'm taking care of you." He smiled, squatting down beside the Kingdra again. "Well, my name is Baian. Everyone that comes through my gym gets a nickname, even if its temporary, since I help so many water types. But its the first time any Kingdra has made their way into these waters. Would you like to have a choice in what name you will have for now?"

The kingdra looked quite unimpressed, and floated over to the newly cleaned decks where hired trainers would usually wait for eager challengers. there was a bit of scratching before a name was inscribed onto the tiles. "Io." Baian read out carefully, humming. "Well Io, thank you for telling me your name, but why for the love of arceus did you have to ruin the tiles to do wo?" He despaired, only receiving a smug trill in return.

Alan had gotten up like usual and had also gotten ready. As he walked outside he noticed a Garchomo casually sitting outside his house, a letter losely hanging around its neck. He carefully neared the Garchomp and read the letter "Alright then."

Ally woke up, noticing a Milotic with a letter. She took the letter from the Pokemon and started reading. "I can take care of you, of course!" Ally smiled, stroking the Milotic's head. The water type seemed very happy. "After all, I'm an asistant at the Daycare."

As soon as Ally got dressed, she showed the Milotic around the Daycare. The Milotic seemed very interested about the Daycare.
