With Dialga's Primal Reversion and the destruction of Temporal Tower, the balance between time and space is disturbed. Nothing grows, days do not go by, and food is running scarce. The corruption of time has also lead to reports of intense spacial anomalies, including the increased strength of the link between the Pokemon World and Earth.
Ironically, this may lead to the restoration of the world- if the humans are willing to fight for this cause, at least.
RULES:

1. All PH rules apply.
2. Follow basic RP protocol: No god-modding, bunnying, etc.
3. Please follow the form.
4. Human Pokemon will be randomly generated, but are able to learn 2 TMs, HMs, TRs, Egg Moves, or Move Tutor moves.
4a. If you choose a human, you will get a pick of 6 Pokemon to choose from. You may have one reroll, but once you reroll you cannot choose a Pokemon from the previous list.
4b. 2 TMs, a TM and an Egg Move, etc.
5. Regular Pokemon can be chosen by the player, but can only have 1 Egg Move.
6. The level cap is 50: This means that if your Pokemon is able to evolve at or before level 50, they can be evolved.
7. More rules may be added if they need to be.

Personality: Rather easy-going, albeit prone to getting into arguments. Struggles with comforting others, but he's kind enough to try.

Age: 23
Appearance: A young androgynous male with long silver hair tied into a loose ponytail that hangs over one shoulder. He has a pale complexion paired with a delicate and frail body, making it so that he appears very delicate. His normal attire consists of wide baggy clothes, but the one item he never takes off is a pair of ear cuffs in the shape of leafy vines.
Personality: Ilmatar is a snarky and caustic person, always viewing the world from a jaded lense. He's generally very realistic although it can sometimes be on the verge of nihilism.

Other: Curiously, his eyes always seem to be closed, even as a pokemon. (hes blind)

Personality: In contrast to Dohko, Shion is quite grounded and rational, thinking things through before he acts. He is quite circumspect and mindful but he occasionally has moments of intense emotions, his judgement often waning during those times

Appearance: a young normal-looking eevee she wears a scarf call the ¨sun scarf¨ it's golden with detailed sun on the front they say is associated some way with the sun it was given by her mother when sol went to go make and join the rescue team
Ability: Adaptability
Personality: a young and cheerful kid with a pure heart she loves to help other Pokemon in need the adult Pokemon in her Town told her that she shouldn't go because she's too young but she went anyway she managed to get two of her best friends to join on her team

Personality: one of sol friends he's shy and a bit of a scaredy cat he tends to run away from fights but when his friends are in danger he demeanor completely change ready to protect them and fight instead of fleeing

Appearance: he has a scar on his right eye causing that eye to go blind he keeps it a secret how he got it though his colors are normal but he wears a necklace that has a Thunderstone attached to it his friends wonder why he has it as he doesn't evolve with a Thunderstone but he won't tell
Ability: intimidate
Personality: calm and Collective he always make sure they have a plan so he's very reliable he joined sol because he think that sound interesting to join the Rescue Team even know he is a smart thinker he barely talks much even to phisn and sol he only speaks up when he has a plan also is the oldest of the group (not by much though)
