As you can see on the first picture there is riako's emboar and on the secund one you can see that riako hvnt been online on 7 minutes, you may said that clicklist havent updated but i decided to search on the same clikcklist that because some minutes earlier i found Queen tropius who is Ecco pokenon, an user who was banned scince 2 weeks

It's not a bug, for the 1st problem. Because an user who hasn't been online for 15 mins or more will be considered as 'haven't been online'. You can check online list will see the last user of the list was online 14 mins ago.
For Ecco's Pokémon, Idk unfortunately

Even if a user is locked, they can still log into their account and technically be considered online.

What can a locked user do if they log onto their account? Can they still do certain stuff that makes it worth it for him to log or can they just do absolutely nothing.

But I can't believe ecco was blocked :( he seemed pretty nice until now

I had to leave becouse of jerks making me have anxiety problems, you shouldn't do stuff like that I wish you all knew how bad it can hurt a person

They can only log in, nothing else.
Also, as the original report was answered, I'm just gonna move and lock this.
