Carrying Mu in his arms, Shion walked down the hallway with his luggage. He had yet to find his room, too caught up in begrudgingly interacting with trainers. He felt obliged to entertain some small talk but being surrounded with champions, former champions, elite four members, gym leader, ever savior's of the whole damn region really took a chunk out of Shion's already low self esteem. He was a nobody, really. The only claim to fame he had was taming Raikou but even that was negligible in the face of, oh I don't know, saving the whole region of Galar.

Maggie sighed and frowned, feeling like she could’ve done better. She felt bad, but she couldn’t no anything now. She walked back to the 3 and put on a smile. “You guys ready?”

Maggie winked at Miranda and got to her side of the battlefield. She knew about Nick’s team, even memorized some of the moves she used. Of course she could’ve changed it up since she last heard about her, but it shouldn’t hurt her that much, right?
Mark smiled and walked to his side.

Maggie sent out her Luxray and looked at Mark, not knowing what he was going to sent out.
Mark sent out his Claydol, one of his most powerful Pokémon. Of course, it used to be Steven’s but he had gotten used to training it.

Pearl dug up and underneath the Luxray and knocked it out with a super effective hit with a lucky cirtcal hit. Pearl trudged back over in front of Nicky. "Good girl Pearl!"
