This may seem like a strange suggestion, but I believe it would be interesting that if you are currently shiny hunting a pokemon you can do quests to raise your shiny/mega able chance for that hunt.

Example:

Hunt Quests!
1. 1k Interactions=+2%
2. Send 3 Plushies To Friends=+.5%
etc.

Comments and Answers:
"But you are supposed to earn percent with more eggs you hatch!"-This current system has not much actual self work for it, so it isnt much earned necessarily, unlike a quest system.
"But then someone could get a crazy chance every time!"-This could easily be fixed by setting limits and boundaries by choice of Riako

no. no no no. this would DESTROY the market if it made shinies more common then they already are. want easier shinies? get premium. save up your pd and nuggets to get premium. there’s your boost.

Image everyday each person have a 7-14%chance of hatching a shiny or mega....
It will rain shines and mega ables...and the shiny megas won't be difficult then

Now when I first saw this I thought you meant something entirely different but after reading it, hell no! This would make shiny hunts way to easy and really screw the whole shiny market up so instead of one or 2 pokemon being worth like 15-30k (i.e. Ralts or Buneary), every shiny is worth that much! Now granted @cosmyn, not everyone wants to and/or can spend real life money on nuggets and/or spend that much time saving up PD to buy nuggets so that's not really fair to say, however your right in the sense of if you really want to make life easier for yourself, buy premium!
