If you see a trade for a shadow Pokemon then click on details, the image that one sees is that of a regular pokemon. Thought it was just my mistake, though I tried other shadow pokes and it was the same. Though if you click for the profile of the Pokemon, it shows as shadow like in the list on GTS.

this is a known glitch! i believe they’re working to fix it, as people have let them know c:

Yea, also, the same thing happens when you fight using shadow Pokémon
