One such tradition occurs every 100 years, when all mortals gather at the sacred temple and throw a feast for them. Every time without fail, it has been a grand ceremony with wine flowing endlessly and laughter ringing throughout the halls.
By the end of the night, the festivities will end and the true event will start. One by one, the gods will choose a mortal. Whether the mortal is chosen as a friend, a slave, a lover or simply for companionship is up to the god. Each God would have had the chance to mingle with their worshippers and converse with them, giving them plenty of time to choose.
Now the time has come yet again for the feast to occur. Pack all your belongings for only the Gods know who will become their chosen one.
