I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, brought upon by the new https
update, so I figured I'd ask around.
As stated in the thread title, I'm having an issue buying nuggets
in the item shop. I've been getting the following error
message:
"2207: A valid User ID is required to complete this transaction.
Please make sure you input your details correctly and try again.
Otherwise, contact our customer support for further assistance at
help.xsolla.com."
I'm not sure if this is an error on the PokeHeroes side, or the
xsolla side, but I can't enter any information period. For
relevancy's sake, I'll note that I'm attempting to pay via
Debit/Credit.
The card I had on file pulled up the error message, and trying to
edit/add new information pulls the error message as well.
Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? And have you
found any solutions to it?
Same boat dude. Haven't heard anything back on my ticket. As a new
player, who would like to spend some money, it's really
discouraging to just have stuff not work. Hope it's fixed soon.
The only thing I could think of is, is your profile verified? Like
have you gone to your e-mail and verified your account? That's the
only thing I can think of when it says "A valid User-ID"
