Although the title is the same as this bug, the issue is different.

After conversion from PH time to local time, the starting time has been converted correctly. But the ending time is missing half an hour less, making it look like the SCS takes place in a universe with time running in reverse.

Yes I have noticed the same too.The starting time has been converted correctly but the ending time is wrong and it's written as if time is running back
