That is my rule, and what I say goes.
If you're a few seconds late and a fifth person orders before you do, that doesn't mean
"Ah, I'm only a few seconds late but they can do an extra order for me."
It just means you need to come back later.
Also, for breaking Rule 8, you have another strike against you.
One more and you will be banned from this shop. Be warned.

It would only be a few pixels that wouldn't make much of a notice, so I did them normally.

Sadly, the only thing I could really take from Frogadier is the "scarf" thing.
The arms and legs look awkward and otherwise it doesn't look like much of a fusion.

My mother is staying at my house due to a blizzard in town.

I have a rule that says to follow all directions and warnings of each form.
(Usually right next to the title of a sprite)
You neglected to follow the rule for Retypes so you have earned a strike on the blacklist.
