My first shiny was a shiny Poliwhirl from pokemon Soulsilver, and my second ever one was a shiny Litwick in pokemon Black 2.

My first shiny was sylveon, a glaceon shortly following and a shiny ampharos straightaway after that

My first shiny was a zubat in White 2, shortly after I learned about shiny Pokemon. This was early on in the game and I've never seen another Shiny on there since :')

Since then I've caught many shiny Pokemon in each of the newer games, (I've shiny hunted occasionally), my most prized shiny being Lance my shiny Latios in US. ^^

Pidgey in Leafgreen, about 14 years ago. Didn't realize it was a shiny at the time so I ran from it.

A slugma from one of the 3rd generation games. I was the first one of the grandkids to get a shiny (between myself, my brother, and my two cousins) so it was a pretty huge deal.

before i even knew what shinys were, i randomly found a shiny... magicarp... yeah, in the same game with a shiny gyarados that is a 100% chance to encounter, i caught a shiny magicarp.

i randomly traded it because i didnt know it was special.

It was time. Time for me to finally get a shiny Pokemon. But with how hard it was to find a shiny, there was only one thing I could do. For a month, I grind and grit my teeth for a shiny Mareep in White Forest. I will find my shiny.

And a shiny I found. It was a Lotad who crushed the dream of a pink Mareep.

In either silver or crystal version I found a shiny butterfree, but didn't know it was shiny until later. My first caught shiny (other than red gyarados) was a shiny rattata in pokemon fire red that I named Pandora.
