first ever shiny, was a Poochyena on the old yellow version of a friend, he was like WOOOW catch it, and i looked at the pokeball near the name of the pokemon and was like "nah you got one of those alredy, why should i catch it" and thus i fled the battle. only years later i realized it was a shiny one lol

my first shiny was a random remoraid in diamond i think? i didn't understand shinies and was like. "ooh why is this fish pink" and killed it :')

the first one i Hunted was (i believe) a rockruff in moon?

My first shiny was a Shiny Quagsire in Pokemon Platinum, I thought it was a game glitch and ran away from the battle because I wasn't interested in catching it. Now that I know about shinies I'm so regretful!

I haven't found any shinies in the official games yet, but my first shiny on here was retro Ducklett. :)

Mine was a Shiny Liepard found in the friend safari in X and Y. Kinda odd since I had started playing gen 4 and had logged a bunch of hours prior, but I don't recall finding anything before that. Maybe I lost one not knowing what a shiny was before, but my Liepard holds a place in my heart and was followed the next day by a FS Shiny Helioptile.

The Gyrados is Soul Silver....but I cause a shiny Gothorita in pokemon X.....didnt even realize it was a shiny until after I caught it. I just knew I didnt have that pokemon lol

Well I never had any of the irl pokemon games, but in PokeHeroes my first ever shiny was my Shiny Pidgeot. Someone gave it to me cause I helped them do something.

my first shiny was from wondertrade and was obviously hacked. it was a shiny espeon with perfect stats, and pokerus
