I saw it in the shop, and it is listed as 3 DP. It only uses up 3 DP and earns 3 DP for the Victini plushie. Staraptor is probably suppose to be more expensive than a Magikarp? Probably someone forgot a 0 in there somewhere.

They do actually. This is what Steel5299 was referring to:

Took me a moment to associate the word 'rarity' with plushies but yeah, that's most likely it. (You can sort your plushie collecting by rarity, as well.) And I'm guessing, before Riako fixed it, the three starts didn't show.

Yeah, it was empty. And I am glad it was fixed- staraptor is too cool for that! Then again, all plushies at the shop are great. :)
