“You lost?” Tawny’s eyebrows shot up again as she turned her head away from her Pokédex, from which she’d been reading information on her partner. “.. Are you okay?” She asked hesitantly, looking at Jona.

Oh man. This is why I’m not challenging the gym.

Ansia ignores Fryse, "Uh I think you're a lot stronger of a trainer than I am Luna. I need to get stronger to keep up with all of you." She hangs her head in embarrassment, "I got lost and I could only find one Pokémon the entire time. Plus Valen doesn't really like to fight." She looks back to her Ralts, it was trying to run away from its shadow.

Jona is quite, he doesn't mutter a word. He's barely moving. You can't even tell if he's breathing. He's slouched down and silent. His drips from his eyes have stopped. Time passes, he doesn't move, but he listens. He hears everybody. He begins to mutter. It's too quiet to make out but loud enough to hear parts.

"D....I ca.....why........but, they...........ts ove.............ugh....i wasn.............uld go ba.........i..ied......"

“He lost his gym battle,” Tawny explained. “And anxious? ‘M not anxious. Except I don’t think he’s breathing.” She said, poking Jona cautiously. “Nope. He’s breathing.” She pauses upon hearing him mumble. “Hey, what are you saying?”

Jona, going quiet again takes a deep siiiigggggghhhhhhhh. Almost imminently after he lifts his head. His eyes, no sign he even started crying. No expression on his face except for curiosity. He looks up at Fryse and Tawny.A smile then lights up his face again.

"Oh dang! A battle! :O MY MONEY IS ON THE WINNER!"

Jona jumps up before racing to grab his pokemon balls and sitting on the same chair he had his episode in, yet this time instead of slouched over, he's impatiently waiting for the battle like a kid waiting for his favorite show to start. He let's out all of his pokemon to watch and begins chanting.

"Bat-tle, Bat-tle, Bat-tle!"

Any depressing attributes seemed to have vanished in the sigh and with it in its place is the peppy, playful Jona.

“What the heck,” Tawny whispered to herself, eyes wide with confusion as she shifted her backpack to a more comfortable position on her shoulders. “Wht exactly is this kid..?” She mumbled the last part to herself though she moved her gaze toward the potential oncoming battle in front of her.

"Where am I from?"

Jona ponders for a minute...

"Anywhere and everywhere I guess... Well, to be technical I was born in Unova but my mom thought it was " too boring" while in reality, she wanted to leave my dad. My dad was extremely possessive and tries to have us come back all the time. I ended up moving all over the place, even going to some islands I can't remember the name of. Mom kept fighting for 14 Years until she finally got the upper hand and was able to cut all ties with him and move in with her boyfriend. He was such a nice guy. I learned a lot from him and he helped me and my mom through most of our struggles. He was the one who moved us around and brought us gifts and said he loved us. Nice guy. I wish I could be a great father-figure like him someday. Well anyway, any other questions?"
