Whitney grabbed a pokeball and sent out her Clefairy. Tiger glanced at Mira for a moment and smiled. "You've got this. Show this Johto leader what a Kanto trainer can do." He whispered kindly and went to the bleachers.

"Begin!" The referee called.

Mira grinned back at Tiger and looked back to Toka. "Alright, Toka, fly up!" She called. Toka beat her wings once and leapt into the air, looking down at the Clefairy. She can dodge at any angle, now, which is more than Clefairy can say. "Dragon pulse!"

Clefairy was hit by the dragon pulse. She grunted, Clefairy use a metronome!" Whitney called out. Clefairy nodded and used the move. The resulting move was thunderbolt.

"You can do it Toka and Mir." Tiger cheered.

Toka grunted and floated down slightly as the move hit. "Dragon rush!" Mira called. Toka, though paralyzed, darted forward with the move.

"Dodge it!" Whitney called out, Clefairy grunted and jumped back, but she wasn't fast enough. She was hit and fell back, panting, and now on low health.

"Aqua tail!" Mira called with a grin. Toka turned to use the move but hesitated for a moment due to the paralysis, and the move hit with a lot less intensity than it normally would have.

"Metronome!" Whitney called out, and Clefairy nodded. She wagged her fingers and went to use the move. It came off as a splash, and was hit by the aqua tail. The Clefairy fainted.

"Clefairy is unable to battle, Toka wins." The referee called quickly. Whitney nodded and recalled Clefairy before calling Miltank out.

"Nice job Mir!" Tiger called to Mira with a smile. "I'm sure you can beat Miltank." He cheered. Cyndaquil nodded and Whitney raise an eyebrow before smiling faintly.

Miltank nodded a greeting and widened her stance to get ready for the fight. "Begin!" The referee called.

"Miltank start this off with a roll out!" Whitney called out quickly. Miltank ran at Char with the roll out.

"Jump over it!" Mira called at the last moment. Char leapt over a little too late and clipped her paw on Miltank, but dodged the move regardless.

Miltank continued to use the move as she was locked into the move. Tiger blinked and glanced at Mira for a moment before looking back to Cyndaquil. Roll out is a move that continues to get stronger each time it hits. Mir needs to stop Miltank in her tracks. He thought.

"Flamethrower!" Mira shouted while Char was in air. The Arcanine used the move, creating a line of fire in front of Miltank. She dropped to the ground again and watched her opponent carefully.

Miltank's move was interrupted as she crashed into the wall of fire. "Nice job Mir!" Tiger called out and looked at Miltank who growled.

"Milk drink!" Whitney ordered quickly. Miltank was about to use the move.
