"Really?" Gold said with a smile. He nodded, "that's awesome. Glad little Kibo found someone." He said kindly. "Wonder if they're like Pibo's, my Pichu's parents." He said thoughtfully.

Crystal frowned as Tiger didn't reply to her. "Come on Tiger. Aren't you going to talk?" She said slyly.

"No I'm fine just walking." Tiger said kindly and continued through the city. He stopped outside one of the shops.

"Pibo, huh? Even the name sounds similar," Mira snorted. "Well, they were apparently childhood friends. Now they don't do anything without the other one."

Gold nodded and chuckled in amusement. "All my pokemon have nicknames that end with 'bo'. Tiger named Kibo after a strong dragonite in a Johto tale from a long time ago." Gold explained kindly. "Though, that's great. I'm sure he and your dragonite would be together for a while. I mean, Pibo's mom and dad are still together considering Red and Yellow are the trainers for his parents." He said thoughtfully and opened the door to the gym for Mira.

Tiger had gone into the store and grabbed a few items. Crystal bought something too and slipped it into Tiger's bag. The two then went to the gym, and Tiger could see Mira. "There's Gold." Crystal said with a sigh.


[still coming up with this Johto tale also the cutest pokemon couple in the manga is Pika and Chuchu. Made me think of Kibo and Toka. A lot, and also I found out Pika (Red's Pikachu) is a sassy nature. XD]

"Ah. I hope they'll be together for awhile, too," Mira smiled, nodding a thanks and stepping into the gym. She sighed in relief to be out of the crowd. "Thank Arceus."

Gold nodded and looked over. "Hey Crys!" He called out and waved to Crystal and Tiger. "Looks like you found Tiger."

"And looks like you tried to ditch me again." Crystal said with a shake of her head. "Did you cheat in the game corner again?"

"Uh course not." Gold lied with a grin and laughed. Tiger shook his head and headed into the gym. He didn't notice Mira yet.

Tiger looked up and blinked. "Sorry, didn't mean to lose you." He said in embarrassment and watched as Crystal and Gold left. Crystal shot Tiger a knowing look and giggled before leaving. Tiger shook his head and waved before shaking his head.

"Yeah, she's pretty nice, but I don't need anyone planning any dates in this group except you." Tiger said in embarrassment, "just because she sort of noticed well..." He trailed off with a sigh and shook his head as if to clear it. "Never mind."

Mira smiled, whistling as she walked. She stood on her toes to try and see Whitney. "Is it true how pretty she is?" She asked curiously. "Apparently every dude in Johto is crazy for her. Or at least was crazy for her at some point."

"Pfft. Most guys in Johto are crazy about her." Tiger said with an amused shake of his head. "Honestly, she is pretty, but I wouldn't be crazy about her." He shrugged, "after all there's on-". He cut himself off, and looked like he was going to say something else, but he kept quiet and tucked his hands into his pockets as he walked over towards Whitney.
