I ran out of Red Apricorns, seeds and all. I have some Green and Blue Apricorns left, but I can't get anymore Red Apricorns, and so I can't make cookies. Is there anyway this can be solved?

Did you use level mulch to level them all up & then use all of them for the cookies? I guess that's the only way you could run out of them.
It should indeed not accept your last berry if it's a quest berry.

It looks like you have 20 Red Apricorns (Level 1)? You can just make them to new seeds in your seed maker :o
