1] "Insecure" and "easily discouraged" almost sound like synonyms to me. As in, lacking the confidence in one's choices--which would be insecure, one might intuitively think.
Is there another personality trait that could describe her?
2] I am a little confused, why did she go to the Kanto region to find "as many Pokémon as possible", when there are region-only Pokémon, and certainly not all of them could be found in Kanto?
3] If I'm reading the last paragraph and the last sentence in the paragraph before it, she was planning to return to Kalos, but has decided otherwise? Can you clear that matter up for me?

1) I'll fix that now, even thought with insecure I meant something more related with her appearance and general characteristics than her decisions.
2) Her family moved to the Kanto region when she was a small child so it wasn't exactly something she decided. Years later, she decided to get out to the world and explore nature to "discover" or meet new pokemon, she still didn't think about leaving the region at all.
3) She decided to go back to Kalos to travel through the region she lived in when she was young. She didn't want to go right back to Kalos, it was more like a long-term goal (also, I thought that kind of travel was like moving away, so it would take a bit more time)
I'll try to make those things clearer

Appearance: Fregi is a green-eyed short man only just hitting 4"3, weighing around 130ibs with a stout build, due to his time in Orre and Hoenn Fregi has gained quite the tan. He'd have brown hair shaven regularly while sporting quite the impressive beard.

1] His appearance lacks details that are required in the form. You are missing his: weight, skin tone, eye colour, hair colour, and clothing.

Caroline is a Black haired girl with sparkling blue eyes. She's tiny, a measly 5'2". She has quite pale skin. Her hair is about shoulder length and curly. Her clothes are simple, blue jeans and very fond of tshirts..

Positive: Smart, a natural leader, and focused
Neutral: Musical, Fast Runner, and Monotone

Quick History:
Caroline spent the last five years in her home region of Hoenn, but after being placed in a bad foster family, decided to run away to a little town she heard of that provided solitude and an escape.
Caroline snuck out of her foster home due to them being mentally abusive towards her. She was forced to take care of the younger children while her foster parents did nothing to help. They paid no attention to her, but plenty to her adoptive siblings, likely because they were younger and more innocent and a 17 year old was not. Eventually she got sick of the neglect and left. She was done being used by the many families shed been with and traveled to Slateport City. She only had half the funds necessary to travel from Hoenn to Kanto, but the captain agreed to smuggle her on board for half price after she explained what exactly she was running from. When she arrived in Kanto, she dyed her hair black, factory reset her phone, even began changing the way she dressed and talked. She spent a three months in Kanto traveling to find work to save up money to become at least semi financially stable. She had to steal to keep herself afloat but thankfully was never caught. Soon after, she finally left for the Town of Thres.

1] Why would she run away to a town in Kanto when she lives in Hoenn? Wouldn't it have been easier to run away and stay there, instead of in a different region?
