It would be fun if we could trade eggs too that way to fill the egg index and have another way to make pd and nuggets.

the lab does say if you wait to collect it, also if its a shiny hunt, or a pokemon voucher. So you could know the eggs if you bread them or watched the lab.

No support,
1: Most people would not use this, there’s really no point in trading eggs, I mean, nobody cares about the eggdex because I’m 99.99% sure there’s no completion reward
2: Why WOULD we need this exactly? Apart from the eggdex of course

1- This has been suggested and declined multiple times
2- People would simply have their friends help them get eggs for their Shiny Hunt
3- its unnecessary when if you want to complete the egg dex you simply grab one pokemon (male and female or if you are lucky enough to get a ditto) and use the daycare, OR if you have the pokemon from trade, use the tall grass or gem collector.
