Double palpad user

However, one of them has ID 537739201 and the other one has ID 718009473.
Since they have the same name they both link to JackieChan36 with ID 718009473.
A friend of me found out about this after she got a palpad notification, without actually getting a message, but JackieChan36 (the one without palpad) was on top of her palpad list.
Here you can see the palpad list of my friend. Both JackieChan36's are in the recent part.

Upper JackieChan36 that she messaged asking if they messaged
If you're Riako, check the user with ID 537739201, I'm curious how it got there and when it was made etc.

There used to be a maelstromjack and then there was MaelstromJack. The first one was an irl friend, and they messaged me, but it brought me to the second user.
There's also two Chihaki with the exact same capitalization, and one of them changed their username earlier this week and was able to.
