Kovu looked at Rose then at Sapphire, understanding some context of their speaking. “She wants to stop the war?” He asked quietly before smiling.”Yeah, what Rose said! We would love corporation with the dragons. To end the senseless killings!”

Sapphire took a deep breath before she laid down. *Climb on* she thought. She saw Rose was hesitant at first, but smiled when the human girl got on her back.

Rose looked at Kovu. "She wants us to ride her" she said as she found a spot that would be easy to hold onto.

Rods found two strong men that were willing to search for Rose. She sent one off to the hit and the other into the woods. She wanted to find Rose right away, knowing she was just lying to her parents.

Kovu looked so confused as Rose got on her back before he nodded quickly.”Oh right! Makes sense!” He followed up behind Rose and was truly terrified now. He was still on the fence about dragons,, only because he heard nothing of the conversations. Though as a child he heard of dragons being able to do this with people, but the people never return after leaving with the dragon that spoke to them. He was worried that was what was going to happen to Rose and him as he was with her. “I am trusting everything you say, Rose.”

Rose gentle grabbed one of Sapphire's spikes as the dragon stretched her wings and headed off to the sky. She let out a mighty roar, calling to the dragons. They needed to know the war was about to end.

Kovu wrapped his arms around Rose, trying not to hold on to tight and hoped that she didn't mind he was basically hugging her for dear life.

Draig looked up towards the sky hearing Sapphire, narrowing his eyes at Ratholas before taking off to meet her.

Ratholas was ever so worried that Sapphire was calling them to fight after not finding Zeek anywhere.

One of the men found the hut and barged in looking for Rose. ''Where is Rose?" He asked. ''Where is she?"

Kona was shocked by the sudden entrance and shook her head. ''She is searching for herbs. She is so kind for giving me a hand.''

Sapphire waited in the air as she glanced at Rose and Kovu. *If I need to land as I speak with the others, let me know. I do not need either of you falling off* she thought.

Rose looked at Sapphire. "We will let you know" she said as she relayed the message to Kovu.

Kovu wasn't even glancing at the ground, he had his eyes closed to prevent any further panic. ''Thank you.'' He said quietly to Rose then to Sapphire of course. ''And sorry if I am squishing you...I have never been this high up.'' He whispered to Rose, feeling bad that he had to hold on so tight.

The man narrowed his eyes. ''Where is Rose?" He approached her. ''Tell me the truth.'' He growled.

Kona was rather surprised at his tone and glances around with a shaking head. ''I am sorry, she is gathering whatever herbs I gave her on a list. They could be anywhere. She should be back before the evening at the latest.''

Draig saw Sapphire and narrowed his eyes seeing humans. ''Sapphire! Are you alright!?" He called to her, Ratholas shortly behind him.

Rose looked at Kovu. "I've never been this high up either."

Sapphire looked at Draig as Fang showed up as well. "I am fine. These humans want to end this war just as much as I do" she replied. "One can even hear my thoughts through a bomd that once belonged to a human and dragon that was lost when they started fighting us" she said. She relayed everything to Rose who also told Kovu.

Kovu smiled a bit at Rose now for her answer was the truth as well. He then opened his eyes hearing the beats of the other dragon's wings and nearly passed out to see a bunch of them. ''Oh my goodness.'' He lost his breath for a few moments before nodding. ''Bonds, Rose, you have a bond.''

Draig was watching the humans before he looked at Sapphire with a surprise though Ratholas interjected before the other dragon could speak. ''Sapphire, Zeek is missing and this may be a ploy to lure us to our deaths.''

The man glanced around before slapping Kona. ''Where is she?!" He asked.

Kona was surprised at the attack and backed away. ''She is in the woods gathering herbs! Please leave her be! She is helping me! Her and my cousin are helping me!"

Sapphire shook her head. "These humans told me one of their own just killed a dragon, and I think it was Zeek. They came up to me with no weapons. I think they mean it."

Ratholas was not convinced as he looked over the humans. “Sapphire.” He said sternly. “Trusting these humans so soon after Zeek’s death is merely a betrayal upon his deathbed. They may have no weapons, but that doesn’t mean they don’t want harm. Humans and dragons are not meant to mix and it would be safe to rid of those on your back now. They’re corrupting you.”

Draig narrowed his eyes at Ratholas.”The leader has the choice! If she feels they’re willing to be on our side then they are!”

The man kept a glare before he left, smashing two tables and old bottles as he went out the door.

Sapphire growled at Ratholas. "You dare challenge what I say?" She wasn't pleased with him. "If they wanted to hurt us they could have done by leading me to a trap to help Zeek."

Fang was quite for a while before he looked at the humans. "No human who wanted to hurt a dragon could get a bond with them" he said.

Rose was shocked to hear all that was related to her, including about the bond and told Kovu.

Ratholas wasn't listening to Sapphire, he believed that humans and dragons should never be together. He narrowed his eyes at the humans, shaking his head to think that Sapphire's judgement was clouded.

Kovu smiled towards Rose, nodding as he looked at the dragons. They were breaking ground and may finally be able to change the war that had been going on forever.

Draig looked at Fang before glaring at Ratholas. ''Exactly. If that human has a bond with Sapphire, then they mean no harm.''

Sapphire nodded to Draig and Fang. "I want to see if any of you get a bond with the male. If you can, then perhaps we will be able to end this war, and if possible, at least scare the one who took Zeek from us."

Rose looked at Sapphire. "You can do more than just scare this one. You can take him away and make people think he ran off when you really killed him. I fear that it is one that is power hungry and only killed to become leader. If its who I think it is, you have my permission to kill him."

Draig went towards Sapphire, believing that if he was able to gain the bond with the human male, then it would be a sign that him and Sapphire were meant to be together. ''I will see if I can gain the bond to help stop this war.'' He lowered his head towards Kovu.

Kovu looked at Draig confused at what he was trying to do then towards Rose with a nod. ''The man that killed your friend, doesn't deserve to be in the village. He could only cause problems with you dragons and we wouldn't want such a horrible man still alive around dragons...Oh! Rose is also the Tribe Leader's daughter so the next in line to be the Tribe Leader.''

Rose nodded. "With me being next in line to rule the tribe, I do have some more say than others do" she replied to the dragons before she looking at Kovu. "This one wants to see if he can bond with you" she said.

Sapphire looked at Draig. "Thank you" she said with a nod.

Fang looked at Kovu. "If Draig cant bond, I shall try" he said before he glanced at Ratholas to see what the other dragon would say.

Ratholas shook his head, he wasn't going to attempt to bond with Kovu even if Draig or Fang didn't. He wasn't willingly to try after knowing that Zeek was murdered by a human the same day they're trying for peace. He didn't believe that it was the truth and didn't trust the humans at all. ''He would not want to bond with me. I wish harm to the humans over the pain they have caused us and the lives they took.'' He said nearly under his breath, but he was angry at them.

Kovu nodded to Rose before he reached out and touched Draig. He was waiting for the shock or what he had seen with Rose, his eyes closed as he was bracing. Nothing happened between them causing Draig to almost panic. ''Maybe it takes time. If it doesn't work for you or I, Fang, we should try again a different time.''

Sapphire shook her head. "As soon as Rose touched me, a shock sent her flying back" she replied. "Fang, go ahead and give it a try" she said.

Fang nodded and gently tapped his muzzle to Kovu, somewhat nervous for a shock to hit.

Kovu frowned when Fang as well didn't appear to be the dragon that he should have bonded with. He felt ashamed as he didn't wish harm for the dragons at all, which scared him that they would think that. ''I promise I do not want harm, I really do promise! I want friendship beyond anything with the dragons.'' He said quietly, looking down, feeling down.

Ratholas shook his head. ''You see that.'' He looked at Draig and Fang. ''If they did not wish harm, then either of you would have bonded with him.''

Draig had nodded to Sapphire, feeling furious at why he didn't bond with Kovu.

Fang glanced at Ratholas and grabbed Kovu, gently pushing him to the other dragon. *If they bond, then Ratholas will see there is nothing wrong with these humans* he thought.

Rose was shocked when Fang grabbed Kovu and wondered what exactly the black dragon was doing, but she remained calm seeing Sapphire not do anything.

Sapphire rather spoke gently. "Ratholas, weather or nor the male wants to harm us, the female does not. I am the leader, and she will soon be her tribes leader. And if that is true then this war can finally end."
