"...You could have stayed with me, Drew," Mira blinked, looking
over, surprised. "It's not so bad on an island. Quite peaceful,
really. I do, however, have something to do once I get back to
Kanto this time around. Those gyms won't know what hit
'em."
"You were always the one to defend me, since I'm younger. I just
had to even out the playing field," Toka joked. She shook her
head, blushing, and went on with a more serious tone: "I can't
believe how much stronger we BOTH are. Having good trainers did
more for us than that cave could have ever done."
“I had to stay in Sunnoh, though. But thank you.” Drew sai
politely. “I’ve actually always wanted to see Kanto. Is it that
nice? Sinnoh is great, when it’s not ruined.”’
Snow nodded in response to Zara, and kissed her cheek before
glancing at Drew. "Sorry to hear that, at least you had a friend to
help you out." He said kindly, and blinked.
The officer nodded, "that he is, now keep out of trouble, or we
will come for you." He said lowly and walked off. Raikou sat a bit
further away and watched silently.
"I always defended you, not because you were younger, but
because I've always loved you." Kibo admitted quietly and
remembered with a pain how he felt when she had left the first
time. "Yeah we've both gotten pretty strong." He said gently
and smiled at Toka.

Joy lead Tiger into another room, and unwrapped the wound. She
examined it and frowned, "well, good news is, it'll heal." She
grumbled quietly.
"Bad news?" Tiger asked dully.
Joy sighed, "it'll most likely burn at the worst times, but I heard
there's a cure for Houndoom's flame somewhere in Hoenn, though it's
just a myth." She said quietly.
Tiger blinked, "Hoenn?" He asked curiously.
"Well it's a rumor, no one knows where it is exactly." Joy said
cautiously, and went to work on Tiger's burn. She stitched up the
deepest parts of the bite.
"You'll find it. Though be careful in this region kid. Cause
it'll be disappearing all around you." Kyogre said lowly
causing Tiger to flinch.
"Incredible. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Things have
gone quiet, finally, now that we're rid of Rocket again." Mira
replied cheerfully. "You should come visit sometime. I've got an
extra room, and I'll hopefully get another 'home' in Vermillion
once I scrounge up the money."
Toka smiled at the 'love' comment (Mira would later question her
about this, since she'd been eavesdropping for most of the
conversation, and Toka would deny that she was hoping for that
answer). She curled her tail around Kibo's again and leaned on him.
"Just like we always wanted, huh?"
Kibo nodded, and smiled slightly. He wrapped his tail around hers
and blinked. "Yeah just like we always wanted." He said
gently. The ice around his tail had finally melted away. He placed
an arm around Toka's shoulder.

Joy looked at Tiger suspiciously. "You alright? You never flinch at
me when I work on your injuries." She asked in partial concern.
Tiger blinked, and shook his head clear. "I'm fine, just tired.
Must've not been prepared for the stitches." He said quickly.
Joy looked unconvinced, and continued to work on the burn. Tiger
closed his eyes and tried to reply to the Kyogre. What do you
mean?
...Nothing, just silence.
Kyogre? Come on tell me what you meant."
Still nothing.
Tiger sighed heavily, and opened one eye, Joy was now rewrapping
the now healed injury. "Take it easy for a few days, and you'll be
fine."
"Oh, Zara, can we talk later? It's not too important, just a
question," Mel shrugged before turning back to Connor. "On a scale
of one to ten, how tired are you?"
"Three!"
"Wh--"
"He's, like, twelve, of course he's not tired." Riu rolled
his eyes, attempting to work with his receptors. Pom sat on his
head, in a meditation pose as she juggled rocks.
Kibo smiled, and hummed along to the song. He glanced at the sky
for a moment and blinked slowly, the song seemed to have made him a
bit more tired than he had been as the last of his adrenaline was
leaving his body.

"Can I go now?" Tiger asked Joy with a sigh. Joy nodded and Tiger
walked out of the Pokemon center. He kept his bag on his right side
since his left shoulder had the burn.
"Er... officer, I guess you should arrest this one, too, even
though he's probably in coma now." Victor said, catching up with
the officer who had arrested Soren in the Pokemon Center. Scarlet
was making an unconscious Neuro levitate with psychic energy.
Necrozma's Rocketball was in his pocket. I think I'll break this
in Kanto, and begin talking to Necrozma. It'll take some time to
undo all that manipulation. The trainer thought.
Laura had been admitted to the hospital part of the Pokemon Center,
for weakness, and some injuries.
Toka kept humming along, feeling a bit calmed down herself. She
opened her eyes and looked up at Kibo briefly before just smiling
and closing her eyes once more.
Mira leaned on the wall of the shop and doodled in a small
notebook. "I probably have some gauze or something if you wanna
patch that up, Riu," She called nonchalantly, making a mark.
Laura was discharged almost at the same time as Tiger was. She
walked towards Victor groggily.
"Is it over?" She asked.
"For all intents and purposes."
"Can we go back to the others yet?"
"Sure."
The two made their way to the others, and saw Tiger. Laura nodded a
hello, since she didn’t want to speak much.
Tiger waved to Laura and yawned in pure exhaustion. He smiled at
Kibo and Toka before blinking and making his way back to the
others. "Once we're all healed up we should just get back to my
place, we all need to rest before anyone goes home." He said gently
and looked up to the sky, the sun was beginning to set signifying
the battle had lasted all day.
Snow nodded in agreement with Zara and yawned. "Yeah let's go. I
honestly think I might pass out from exhaustion too." Snow mumbled
tiredly. Tiger nodded in agreement and grabbed Charm's pokeball
since Kibo looked like he was about to fall asleep on his feet.
Toka, at some point, had stopped humming and was smiling at Kibo,
amused. She looked at Tiger and Mira. She snickered and rocked on
her feet, looking at Riu worriedly. I think his aura is messed
up, but I'm no doctor. "Let's go. But uh. I'll stop by the
pokemon center first. Does anyone want me to bring their pokemon
with me?" She asked.
Toka blinked and avoided much movement as to not wake Kibo. "I'm
fine."
"I know you are. I see that burn, but even I can fix that."
